Tried Addeo’s for the first time last night and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the food.Got a small size Margherita pie and a Meatlovers-type pie. It was the perfect amount for two people. Super friendly staff and the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere.Will definitely be returning to try out their other offerings for pizza & dessert.

Great pizza specials, BYOB, cool fidgets available for purchase around the restaurant. Service is friendly. Love the wood fired pizza. Fun decor and ornaments for purchase around the holidays. Great to hang out with friends for a casual dinner. The cheesecakes are pretty good. The Italian ice is also pretty good. Lots of fun flavors and combos across the pizzas, ices and cheesecake. I love the breakfast pizza -something about crunchy waffle and maple syrup is addictive in a pizza. Stumbled upon a pleasant mistake of a cheesecake flavor - cranberry jalapeño, and it was surprisingly delicious ! Check their Facebook/IG for weekend specials, or ask before ordering.

I just love the pizza and cheesecakes! I have a niched palette for pizza and my fave Eggplant Tower pizza by Addeo's is just my kind of pizza! Delish! Ohhh, and the meatballs app, homaigawddd...sooo tasty! What keeps me coming back is the friendly owners! That's the glue! Love, love, love!

A disclaimer is warranted before reading my review. I enjoy good food, but that doesn’t mean preconceived notions of how food is to be combined nor prepared. I’m open and enjoy the culinary experience, so I don’t have a defined way of how pizza is supposed to be , and I love experiencing an artisan’s portrayal of their personal interpretation.I had never heard of Addeo’s Fire & Ice despite living in Shelton. It was late and had to feed the family so our options were limited. Addeo’s was open until 11:30 so I decided to give it a try. The food was amazing. We ordered five different pizzas to try. My personal favorite was “Easy Like A Sunday Morning”, a tastefully executed chickens and waffles on a perfect dough base. For dessert, we opted for Busta Nut and Hold the Jelly; both were excellent but I felt the Hold the Jelly needed more sweetness. In fairness, it seemed like the Reese’s peanut butter base and liquified, likely from shared heat with the other pizzas as there was a pool of peanut butter underneath. We ended up adding some fig spread which rounded out the flavor, YMMV. All in all, great food, well prepared, generous toppings, and makes my short list for local good pizza. Thank you to Addeo’s for sharing your vision and interpretation!

Artisan pizzas, insanely good Italian ice, cheesecake and milkshakes. The only drawback is parking, but it's worth the walk.Parking: It's downtown Shelton so parking is a problem.But their food really is worth it.

Nice quiet place with great atmosphere…. Wooden tables and chairs, nicely lacquered counter, bookshelves full of books, thick velvety curtain. The pizza was fabulous. The crust with thin and crispy with a hint of chewiness: perfect. The Jane’s Addiction and the Caprazy pizzas were artfully crafted with the flavors all complementing each other. The apple pie Italian ice tasted like frozen apple pie! The peanut butter cheesecake was dense, tall, with just a hint of sweetness. I am SO happy to have found Addeo’s and we’ll be back for sure!

We needed food for a wedding after party and we forgot to call in an order a few days early. I called day of to place a big order and they were incredible. We arrived back at our hotel to the pizzas already being delivered and they were amazing. They even called back the next day to check that everything went okay. Best customer service I’ve had in years!

A friend recommended I come here, she said you have GOT TO TRY the fajita pizza. So we came! It looks tiny from the inside but we were happy to see a few tables to eat our pizzas at! Pizza is way better right out of the oven. Unfortunately they were out of that kind of pizza but others sang to me too. I ordered their version of a Buffalo chicken pizza, with some high quality blue cheese on it. You could really taste all the layers and the pizza dough was sooo perfect. Charred but not too charred and doughy but not too doughy. This is the kind of pizza I seek! My boyfriend couldn't decide so he made his own and just got a regular cheese pizza with hot oil on it. He was happy with his! They really are pretty much personal sized with maybe a slice or 2 leftover from the larger size. But wait, dessert!!! Such amazing cheesecake on a variety of flavors. I got pistachio cheesecake yum. I also saw someone come in just for a milk shake. The staff there, which were also the owners couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Great people! We will be back very soon! It's been a while since I've been excited about a pizza place but, I'm excited.

We got a plain cheese and sausage pizza and could not be more satisfied. So tasty and cooked perfectly with a little char on the edge. The Italian ice was delicious too, such a great place, we will definitely go back soon!
