Update!!!Yay, we got our Veggie wrap!!!.Food still tasted fresh and service was good.Food tasted Fresh, but we are bummed that they don't have the southwest Wrap. We asked for a Vegeterian option ( my husband is Vegeterian ) aside from the fries and mac and cheese. There was none. Hoping it gets incorporated soon. The young lady and 2 other young men's that were supposed to be taking the orders were taking pictures with each other.

Food was fine up until recently. Chicken smelled horrible. Could smell it from the outside of the restaurant. Workers are extremely rude. My appearance was made fun of to my face.Will not be back.

Probably the worst configuration of a drive-thru that I’ve ever seen. There is no room for the line so cars end up needing to block access points to other parts of the shopping plaza. There’s definitely not enough space and the drive-thru overall is just not running efficiently at all. I’ve been here 5 times now and every time has been a 25+ minute wait time in the drive-thru. Forget about it on a weekend.

Honestly go to the north haven one. Soooo much better. This one forgets half of your things and they dont fill up mac and cheese or fries fully.

So, basically cashiers are nice and all but it’s impossible to get a meal with everything in it Wednesday my family ordered chicken nuggets two number 1s and one large salad somehow they missed a whole 12 count nugget! Like how?!? My daughter had to watch us eat chick Fil A while she had to eat Dino nuggets. So I called and they were like: umm so we can’t do anything but we can give you a free chicken nuggets and a free desert so other than that everything else is amazing ?.

I ordered meals for my family, got my order home & realized all the 20 sauces that were on my order(on the receipt) were all missing. I called the manager & she said there’s nothing she can do. I’ll never go here again. I spent OVER $100!! They have messed up more than once.

I ordered a bacon,egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted English muffin on my way to work the other day through the drive through. When I arrived at work and sat down to eat my meal I opened up my sandwich and noticed it wasn't what I ordered.What I received was two pieces of bacon on a Biscuit. That's it. I couldn't believe it. As I paid almost $10.00 for the meal. I took a picture of the sandwich.Three days later I order another sandwich. As I was waiting for my sandwich I spoke with the person giving me my order about the previous sandwich and showed her the pictures I took. Her response was. That's interesting. I said it wasn't even close to what I ordered. She said. That's interesting.At that point I just figured oh well. There goes customer service.$10.00 For a Biscuit and two pieces of bacon.Interesting.

My issue with my visit was that I ordered 3 frosted lemonades, two regular and one diet. When she handed me the 3 drinks, I asked which one is the diet. She said "I'm not sure, I think it might be this one. "As she pointed to one of the drinks. Then walked away. Some people can't consume large amounts of sugar and order diet drinks. This is the second time this happened to me at the Shelton location. The first time, I had ordered 2 drinks, one bring diet. The person apologized, took them back and have me 2 new drinks and clearly marked the diet drink.
