We ordered the Old Timers with Cheese and were not asked by the waitress if we wanted them pink or no pink. Of course, when they were served, they were pink. We asked for the burgers to be cooked more and only one burger came back correct. When we spoke to the manager, John, he was not as sympathetic as he should have been. Of course we didn't want the burger cooked a third time, so all he did was give a discount of $6.06. At 12pm with the restaurant dead, the food shouldn't have been as bad as it was. Undercooked burgers and overly salty fries were gross.

Food still tastey but portion sizes shrinking dramatically. Chicken meals used to come with 5 big strips and a corn on the cob. Now the corn is gone and you get 3 small strips of chicken. The prices have also gone up. Charging more and giving less is a not a recipe for repeat business.

Food was amazing, taste and freshness. Service was just great, the waitress cared about us but no annoying or asking every time. The most beautiful thing was the lava Cake dessert, probably the best I ever have tried. In general I’ll be back for sure!
Used to be great unfortunately seems to have slipped in food service. Waitstaff is usually nice, but for some reason lately waitstaff looks like they’re forced to be there which can be a sign of management issues. I order from chilis frequently. There’s been a handful of times when things are wrong with my order. Nothing to major but the last 2 times we have ordered our burger has been raw on the inside. The last order I made sure to put WELL DONE. When getting home & the order starts to get eaten it’s completely pink mush inside. So there goes a 19 dollar burger meal down the drain. I was upset this time so I actually called & spoke with John about it & he did take care of the problem for me which I did appreciate.
Server was amazing, had a lady tonight named Connie. She was super sweet. Manager did table taps too.
