idk why there’s so many negative reviews on here because this dunkin is by far the best in the area. they always make my drinks AMAZING, food is always perfect too. They remembered me even when i haven’t been there in a while which really made me feel special. 10/10 would

I have given this place way to many chances, but today was the last straw. I ordered an english muffin toasted with plain cream cheese and an order of hash browns. I never got my hash browns and the english muffin had the garden veggie cream cheese on it. I was the only one in the drive through. How do you mess that up? I guess that's money thrown out the window. I've tried to get in touch with someone before, but never heard back. So between cold food that I've gotten before & missing items. I'm officially done here. Drive the extra mile up the road to the other Dunkin on Bridgeport Ave. There is a reason that place has a line. They are actually good.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I was warned not to go there by locals, but it was closer. I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese,10 min later I was asked if I'm being helped. I was the only customer in the store while 3 employees were monkeying around. Yes, I received a refund, but I didn't go there to exchange funds. You live and learn!

Danger ⚠️ Please do not go to this Dunkin Donuts! I had shards of plastic in my coffee and I called to warn them of the plastic! The guy told me it wasn’t his problem, he didn’t get the fact someone could get cut or choke ! There is something off when you just don’t care enough about another person’s food ,drinks or well being! Don’t work in the food industry if that’s is the case! I filter out the plastic ! People are crazy today!

that was horrible i threw my matcha out the window because it didn’t deserve to be in my car it made me nauseous and my moms coffee was burnt just a normal hot coffee but it was hot as hell horrible disgusting never again will get

hands down the absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been. I do not understand how this Dunkin' Donuts is still in business. I live close to this Dunkin' Donuts, and will go out of my way. 15 minutes to not have to go there. Service is horrible. The people who take your order have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They screw up my order too many times they don't have stuff when you ask for it it is just the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever avoided if you can at all costs.

It's like they have no idea what their own menu is. Ordered butter pecan coffee got something with chocolate. Girl at the window told me butter pecan always has chocolate. Literally not true

I order some food from here, it costed $30 and once it arrived at the door, there was only a drink in there, I called back to see if I can get a refund and they ended up blocking my number and being rude, once I got back to the app Uber eats, they said it was going to take 20 business days to get my refund, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Today I had the worst experience ever at this dunkin. I went through the drive through and asked for my regular (medium hazelnut extra light and sweet/ liquid sugar and light ice). So I was passed a medium hazelnut with heavy ice (with no sugar) but I didn't know that at that moment. The girl took the cup back and poured the coffee in a cup with less ice. I took the new drink and tasted it, ewe no sugar. I informed the drink was still wrong and missing liquid sugar. I also stated I would like my drink made over again. The short girl with the big bonnet took my cup again and made a new drink with regular sugar (which I didn't know). I took the cup for a third time and tasted it. Immediately granulated sugar came up the straw. I informed her again this drink is wrong again I asked for liquid sugar. She snatched the cup this time, and said I'm about to take this bonnet off and go out there, (to the other worker, the girl with the black long hair). I informed her that I heard her and welcomed her to come outside, better yet I'll inform her manager and others about her attitude towards customers
