This place has gone downhill! It was not a busy night, maybe 3 other tables of people. Server took our order and 45 minutes later we got food. One person drops salads, another our app, another our entrees - all of which were NOT our original server, didn't see him again for a while! They forgot my husbands salad. Steaks weren't cooked as ordered. When we asked the Server he immediately didn't want to talk to us anymore, just said "I'll get the manager". Manager comes over says "Well that's how we cook steaks." Umm ok. We asked about the 45 minute wait for food. He replied "Hmm, it should be around 20 minutes, do you need anything else?". No apology, just shrugged and he walked away and was done. It was such a strange experience all around I thought we were on hidden camera. The staff and manager don't care about anything. The kitchen will cook your food in any way they want. Don't bother with this location anymore!

Ordered takeout, explicitly opted for silverware and bread and butter in the order. None of it was included in the bag.Because I'm traveling, access to silverware is limited.The entire restaurant industry has gotten extremely lazy about actually including peripheral things on the order.At least those things are complimentary. But honestly, if you're going to offer them, then you need to pay just a much attention to those items as anything else on the order.

I love this restaurant! The best food you can get. Specifically the chicken and honey mustard is astounding!Parking: The to-go spots are full pretty often. On a busy weekend you may have some trouble finding parking, at least in the front of the restaurant.

Mac and cheese so hard i needed a knife to cut it They need better training it's lacking how can someone verbally confirm an order to 3 people face to face and still not place said order correctly after confirming it verbally twice do I need to personally punch my order in for them

Food and service were very good for the money. The only negative is that no one pays attention to the “litter” all over the floor. There were used toothpicks in front of the podium, straw wrappers strewn about, big crumbs, and even a steak knife on the floor. All were in the view of the staff; and nobody picked any of it up for the entire time we were there. I’m hoping management sees this and “re-calibrates”.

My husband loves the firecracker wraps here! It's one of our go to places to eat. Not too expensive but good quality food. Service is usually good and the food and drinks come quickly!

Longhorn Shelton,CT. Is very good! Special thanks to Dotti (Dorothy Z) for excellent service! The bread, salad w ranch, steak, loaded baked potato (never ran out of loaded) perfect timing, great temperature, overall amazing! Slight ding on the atmosphere score, the overhead music was not traditional country or western. Needs more Texas! Bob Wills or Ernest Tub, even Willie Nelson, would have been better. Thanks Carlos GM, you have a good thing going. See you all again soon.Parking: Lots of free parking
