The receptionist from my job brought in the Shelton Business Paper and told me about a new pizza place that was opening in Shelton. She knows I love pizza so she brought it into work to share it with me. If you follow me then you know my kids and I love pizza so we had to visit. Upon entering the restaurant, my daughter and I first noticed how clean the restaurant was. The first thing that pops out at you is the animated wall print on the wall. I loved the fact that it was bold, bright colored, but not too much to overwhelm the customers. We we're greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and I even met the owner. He gave me a tour of the restaurant since it was my first time visiting. There are three interlocking restaurants that he owns which is Parker Pizza, Fatty Patty, and Parker's Eatery and Bar. As a customer, you can finish your pizza and walk towards the back of the restaurant and have a drink at Parker's Eatery and Bar. What a cool idea!! Parker Pizza also has self serve beer machines in the restaurant if you like beer. My daughter and I ordered a cheese pizza with half pepperoni. The pizza was thin and the cheese pull was the best. The pizza was a little oily but the flavor was definitely there. The sauce was flavorful and the crust had that buttery taste but in my opinion the crust was too thin. All in all, it was a good pizza. The customer service was excellent as I got a tour of the restaurant and the young gentleman that was are server was great. Great attitude and very pleasant. The pizza is good, the atmosphere is great, and they provided great customer service.

Went to a gathering there for a friend's birthday and I was highly impressed with the speed of service, quality of food, and technology they incorporated in their beer taps. It allows you to pour your own beer like soft serve ice cream which was awesome!. Great place and food, will be back!!

I ordered the sweet potato fries as an appetizer and was blown away by the delicious taste. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them the perfect treat to start off my meal.The staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions I had and making suggestions based on my preferences. They were always checking in on me to make sure everything was up to par.Overall, my experience at Parker Eatery was nothing short of stellar. My family and I went to Parker on a Sunday as we received a text message that there would be free appetizers during football. My aunt called ahead to make sure that the appetizers would be served and the hostess indicated that they would be out.When we got to the restaurant, we were seated in the bar. Thinking the appetizers would be out soon, we ordered our entrees. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which was extremely juicy and tender! I also ordered Parmesan fries, which were packed with flavor and delicious. My fiancé ordered the Parker burger and Cajun fries, which he said was really good, although he said the fries could have packed a little more of a punch. My cousin ordered the Turkey club with Cajun fries, which he was really impressed with. Although, he also indicated that the fries needed some more flavor.Before our food came out, my aunt asked again about the free appetizers and the waitress said they would be out in the 4th quarter. But the free appetizers did not arrive until after 4th quarter was over and we all finished our meals, so we were all full and did not eat them when they finally arrived after we received our bill. Overall, I think Parker had great food and a good atmosphere but they need to update their advertisement to be more realistic. It seems like they are using free appetizers to entice customers and not fully committing to the promotion.

We were doing work around the house all day and we had planned on cooking this night but when everything was all done we were too tired. My partner said let's go here because it's been several years since we've been here. We were immediately seated when we arrived. We both started off with a glass of wine and we skipped appetizers. Brian, our waiter brought focaccia and white bean dip to start off. The focaccia was good, and the white bean dip was tasty. My partner decided on the rigatoni and I had the meatloaf, you know me I have to try meatloaf everywhere I go. He liked the rigatoni. I thought the meatloaf was very tasty. It was a huge portion. The only thing we wish is if they had a few more selections on the menu. The menu looked about the same since the last time we were there. But, this is our third time here and the food has always been consistently good.

Overall the food is great and my family & I enjoy eating here often. However, this isn't the best restaurant for takeout. Recently they have included a 10% service fee on their takeout which is uncalled for, especially that it is not mentioned on their website or over the phone when placing a takeout order. Secondly, their menu online is incorrect which the staff isn't aware of. Hopefully things change, just beware of these things when ordering takeout.
