Dined at pier 131 twice and both times..staff issues..The stake frittes was awful..chunks of fatty meat..Should be sliced thin and tender..Mussels, dumplings, Tacos, pizza were on par..Staff friendly but felt rushed..Staff repeatedly came to table to remove dishes..All patrons should be done with meal b4 removal of dishes..Staff hovered a bit much.. Atmosphere great inside and out.
At first glance, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. They have a nice aesthetic inside! Unfortunately, we waited about 40 minutes until the server took our food order. They served all drinks (non-alcoholic, too) in wine glasses that were only filled about halfway. The white wine mussels were delicious especially with the bread to dip in the sauce, highly recommend those! Food was excellent. My friend ordered the sea bass and loved it. I ordered one of the salad/rice bowls and it was delicious. Suzanne was the best waitress ever! She was friendly, funny and gave good recommendations regarding the menu. Ended up having friends show up and none of us were without service when it was needed. She was always there with a smile! Highly recommend this restaurant.
