I really love the chicken roll/strombolli this place has. I used to live in new york where more pizza places had them, but up here, Planet Pizza seems to be the only ones that sell it. Really good!

The manager I think Henrick was his name, super nice guy, made my food experience so much better. Definitely will be coming here more because of him! And food was super gooood!

We ordered 2 pizzas online on New Years Eve and took advantage of the 2 for $28 deal they were offering. We added pepperoni to one of the pizzas and left one plain. I guess the online ordering works through a third party and that system transmitted that both pizzas were for pepperoni (which didn't work for the vegetarian in the group). Planet was so quick to make a replacement and gracious in looking into the issue and figuring out what went wrong. In an ideal world, that should be the norm, but they show the customers that they value them and their business in a way that some places don't (I'm looking at you, JetBlue). On top of that, we have found their pizza the best at satisfying our New York raised pizza appetites but with some new favorites like their grandma's pie and their amazing vodka sauce. They are the full package and the quality food combined with customer service keep us coming back since they opened here. Thanks, Planet! See you next week!

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Great service as well. I dropped my social security card while I was picking up. An employee named Henry tracked both my boyfriend and I down via Facebook in order to return the card to me, thankfully, because I happened to be starting new employment that required it. Thanks Henry!
We have been their customer for 5 years now. They have been consistent in great service and great food whether you dine in or take out.

Food is usually pretty good but I ordered food for pickup and when I got back with it there was a mosquito squashed into the pickle. Pretty gross not gonna lie.

Grilled chicken Caesar Salad ? was banging!! the fam had Caesar chicken wraps, pizza slices, I don't live in CT, but when I travel to see my folks, I can't go back to Brooklyn with out my eating favorite salad!!!!Kid-friendliness: TV in the place, spacious, clean, an a big menu
You can NEVER go wrong with planet pizza. I've been getting food here regularly for over 10 years, and it's always delicious.Dietary restrictions: My wife loves the gluten-free pizza.
The first other issue was one of the 5 pizzas we ordered was considerably burnt on the bottom to the point we had to throw it out. These were also some of the greasiest pizzas we've ever had. The other issue is the app, it said delivery was complete even when it had not arrived, we were worried it was delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and they said it was still on it's way and the app just did it by time and not actual status. First time using this location, very different quality than the Norwalk location.
