We mixed it up a little today by having Japanese and Korean. So we started with their 3 Sushi luncheon special with miso soup. We had the avocado , california and salmon sushi's. They were all made well - tightly held and evenly cut. Each roll sliced into 4 pieces. I found the sushi rice had a little sweetness and hint of vinegar which was balanced well. They make their own soy sauce which was perfect - a little sweet and slightly salted but more of the low soy flavor. I find regular soy sauce a bit too salty and perhaps a little to heavy. I ordered the SPICEY chicken tteook bokki. If you love food which has heat from the gochujang, sliced stir fried chicken, and beautifully soft but chewy rice cake with carrot and oniions . I love this Chicken ttteok bokki but not for the faint of heart that can't handle the heat. Although you can order this dish sweet instead of spicy as well. My wife order the beef bulgogi. The beef was sliced and very tender. It was marinated evenly throughout and very tastie. It was not spicy but balance with a litlle sweetness and saltiness. The dish was stir fried deliciously with cut broccoli. Of course it came with a cup of cooked white rice to bring everything together. Service was spot on. The waitress timed our food perfectly with an easy constant flow coming. Never felt rush and the waitress came back a few time to make sure all was well. The restaurant was very clean, cozy, moderate modern and yet comfortable. This could be one of your date night places. Not sure if they serve alcohol or BYOB (Beer) or BYOW (WINE) We had their bottle of Perrier. But Yes Way. I'll be coming back!

Cute small mom and pop's Korean joint with sushi available. This is my first time coming here. I was having the lunch combo of Korean Ramen and one choice of roll. I opted out for Spicy Tuna Roll and Seafood Ramen. The Spicy Tuna roll came first. A good amount of spicy tuna inside the rolI and a good ratio of rice. Originally I was looking for sashimi lunch but they don't have it under lunch menu. Their ala carte menu has the combo of sushi and sashimi. Even though the name on the front is Sushi but they mainly are offering Korean dishes along with sushi rolls and sushi ala carte. One other thing that maybe overlooked is that I was surprised that their soy sauce came chilled. I am so glad they do that. Also at the end of the meal I heard that their soy sauce are homemade. Great points for this.Next, my ramen came. Korean ramen is very similar to Nong Shim Ramen that we can get at Asian grocery stores only on this they add lots of garnishes such us poached egg, carrots, broccoli and seafood which is an additional. It tasted somewhat mediocre, maybe I am biased since I always made my homemade ramen at home and I am actually ramen chef specializing in Japanese ramen. But overall it was a great lunch. The service from the owner is very pleasant. I will come back again to try their Bibimbap. Also price is reasonable.Parking: Small plaza, therefore the parking sometimes can get limited. On this trip I can find it easily though.

Incredibly nice people and really delicious food!!! They happily made my bibimbap bowl without egg for me as well, lots of vegetables and tofu with perfect rice and kimchi. The little cup of miso soup that came with was also perfect. Great service and food!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available and can make a few things vegan (at least bibimbap bowl)

My family and I went there for dinner. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday. My initial thought was the place is clean and the owner was very welcoming. The service wasn’t rushed and she was very considerate. The food is homemade and delicious. I had chicken ramen. It was made with freshly roasted chicken. The Mandu (pork dumplings) was amazing- very fresh tasting with a great crunch. The miso soup was delicious. They make soy sauce in-house. It tasted nothing like a commercial brand. It was lovely! Their sushi is fresh and high quality.I can’t wait to go back!

Ridiculously good!!!!! AND I was the last customer of the night. Host lady-maybe owner was so sweet and friendly. The ambience was indicative of the outside it was very warm and inviting with tables and a small sushi bar that fit 5 or 6. House salad - just awesome and perfect ginger dressing, spicy seafood ramens hit the spot with a broth so flavorful, (2) Tuna rolls were perfect and the miso - yeah 5+ stars. All that food under $45. This was our (wife and I) first time eating at Sushi 2020. The ambiance was warm, with soft music playing. The food was great! Take a look at the pics. I was especially surprised by the house salad which was one of the best house salads I ever had at a sushi restaurant. The service was perfect. I think one of the owners helped us and she was very sweet.I’ll definitely come back again. Next time I’ll bring the kids.
