If I can give a business zero stars I would have. Ordered two capuccinos, and some food. I tasted mine and it was all milk i asked that they put expresso in it, the girl who waited on us who was not the least friendly to begin with and actually looked miserably angry flung the coffee at my husband, causing the cap to fly off and the coffee got all over him and the car and we didn't so much as get an apology. she grabbed the cup put another cap on it and said here- the employees at this location never make the drinks the right way and are always rude- canton Location is being remodeled never issues there- I will never go to this location again

I needed to go to Nissan for tires so I stopped at dunking for coffee and a breakfast sandwich I also wanted a dozen doughnuts for the Nissan staff the young man that waited on me was happy to assist and picked them out and then the girl at the pick up counter offered to help me take the stuff to my car I have been to a lot of dunkins but this was by far the best experienceWheelchair accessibility: Next to the handicap space is a ramp

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been too and I've been to a lot living in New England. I keep thinking I'll give em one more try and I'm done, just ordered a sesame bagel, toasted with cream cheese this morning and I got a cold, untoasted but still somehow rock hard and stale bagel to go with my ice cold hash browns. Thankfully there are better cafes in the area.

I use drive up only. Coffeecake muffins are my fave and they are awesome. Orders are always correct. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I dont even know why I keep giving them a chance. it's the only DD in the area that's why. I hate it. I don't get how you guys can NEVER get an order correct. over cook the food or under cook it and serve it as if we ARENT paying our HARD EARNED MONEY on this food. time after time after time again, they can't even make a coffee properly even when given a specific instruction. How do you have all the specifics and still MESS IT UP!!!!!! constantly burning my dammn food or not even cooking it at all!!! I CAN NEVER HAVE A GREAT MORNING IF I STOP HERE , NEVER!!!!! Look at the simple hash browns I ordered. Wtf is that?????? This is bullshit. This is the 10th time they've done this, now I'm pissed offf. it's the worse service in avon ... I swear I'm done. I'm contacting corporate. you guys need some serious training!!!!!!!!!!!and a change in crew.

Ordered food on the DD App and it was quick and fresh.
I only gave a star because I had to in order to leave a review! This is the most unorganized, incompetent, and lazy DD! I live around the corner and I now drive past them to go to DD in Canton! They do not make any orders correctly! Had to go back many times , the lattes are not cheap, so they need to be made right the first time! I went on a Saturday at 3:30 and the lobby was closed and was told thru the drive thru that they weren’t making any food! RidiculousStay away from this place !

I ordered through Uber eats so it's more expensive as is almost 20$ for a med iced coffee and bacon egg cuz sandwich and half of that is not right. Coffee was undrinkable was suppose to have sweetened flavor and light cream they completely left my flavor out and it was darker then it should have been was not light with cream, the coffee was just nasty, then they didn't even give me a straw or any napkins . Deff Not satisfied at all.
It's Dunkin donuts, good iced coffee, good donuts. I get a donut maybe once a year and it was perfect.

On a Sunday morning I went to Dunkin’ to buy a coffee and a avocado toast. I gave the cashier my gift card and went back home. I figured out she did not give my gift card back to me, so I had to do another trip to get back my card. Instead of saying sorry, she was being very disrespectful and waving her hand around lying about my gift card being empty, which is not. In the end, she threw it in the garbage. Thankfully, two other workers named Jenn and the other male worker name starts with T helped me and gave me the rest of my gift card which was around $8.This incident happened with a female cashier around 9:20 am on a Sunday morning. She was very rude and was moved to take orders at the drive thru after the incident. Also, they didn’t give me her name because they didn’t want to get in trouble. I really don’t want other people to have the same bad experience as me, so please do the best you can to make Dunkin’s environment better.
