This place has the absolute best food around! However. When you call to tell them they messed up your order, you get told to order somewhere else. Such a shame when you order from them at least once a week. For them to tell you, to bad order from somewhere else! Will do!

Thank you SO MUCH for adding cheese to the order with a dairy intolerance note and hiding it under the lettuce and mayo....but only on half a BLT? Not only that but only one melted slice when everything else was cold, Did you reuse bread from another sandwich? Did you forget it was labeled as NO DAIRY and were just too cheap to throw it away and remake it? Literally never again ordering takeout from this place again. This restaurant deserves no stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service. A simple pizza that was made wrong was Over an hour and 20 min after being told 30 min. And when I called he didn’t seem to care one bit. Last time I patronize this local establishment. Not to mention the pizza was obviously on its side in the back of the delivery vehicle.

This is by far my favorite pizza place in simsbury that is close to me, there are a lot of good places, but this one is always the same quality, and service is always great. They usually always have slices ready to go and the price of a whole pizza is reasonable in todays day and age. Great quick place to eat or even sit down inside, they usually have TV on and kitchen is in view so you can watch them make all the food

This is a nice little place with excellent New York style pizza. Even the ready slices are tasty and ample... perfect for a quick bite before or after a Connecticut Whale hockey game. The restaurant can be hard to find as it blends in to a strip mall. The seating is quite limited so maybe take out or delivery is the way to go for you.

There are a lot of pizza places around Granby/Simsbury, and this is the very best if you like excellent New York style. We've been going there for a couple years, the pizzas are consistently great. Fresh ingredients. And the owner and others who work there are friendly and enthusiastic about serving up great pizza.
