I placed a mobile order , so did my boss. We work at Town Fair down the street and they flat out denied me my food cuz the order never came in…? Even tho we paid …? What happen to the customers always right. Over a sandwhich …. Ridiculous. Don’t go here ever just give your money to any other place except here.

My husband and I just picked up sandwiches from here and they were absolutely horrible. There was actually paper in my sandwich. My sandwich look like a big diaper and it was so bad. I'm gonna try to get a refund because this is nuts. I've never had such a terrible experience at Subway.

Went today (arrived at 8:00) and the restaurant was closed. (Listed closing times were 9:00) When I went up to the window the workers saw me and hid in the back of the restaurant, after waiting a minute they came out and yelled at me that it was closed.

I work for a medical office so ordering delivery is very convenient for my schedule. Multiple times part of my order has been left out of the bag and when you try calling to correct the issue the phone just rings and no one ever answers. The whole point of delivery is to not have to leave work to go pick up the order. Consistently disappointed with the inability of staff to correctly bag an order. Will not be ordering from here again.

Very disappointing. SUBWAY at 924 hopmeadow Street Simsbury CT has gone downhill. The grinders you order online are so tiny. The portions are small and crappy. I cannot get over how small the so called one footer is. They cheat you out of veggies you order and forget side orders. No wonder Subway is going out of business, They suck so bad. Time to try something new.

Best service I've ever had at a Subway. Allie and Peter in particular are friendly, fast and make yummy sandwiches! I've become a regular here and I can tell everyone enjoys coming into this little sandwich shop. Thank you for the excellent service!

Went there to get 2 stake and cheese subways. Out of stake at this time. Tried to use 2 footlong subways for 12.99 coupon. I was pointed to a piece of paper on the wall which stated that limited coupons are accepted for veggie, ham and few other subways that few people would ever buy. At the end Subway Club 14.99, Rotisserie chicken and bacon 15.49, tax: 2.24 for at total 32.72.Worse subway out there. Much better ways to spend 32.72

If i could give this place all negative zeros I would, HORRIBLE customer service, Patrick need to learn some professional and customer service skills and food was horrible this is the 2nd time that this has happened. When you ask to speak with a manager I was advised that he comes and goes. I then asked to speak with the owner Ken and I was told that he can take my name and number down and that they will HOPEFULLY call me back. I have owned subways in the past and I will be contacting cooperate. Grub hub was able to fully refund me my order but I refuse and will spread the word about this location and how there service more than once was terrible. A $16.00 sandwich wasn't even worth more than a $1.50 I would have rather given it to my dog.

He engaged in conversation with my 3 and 5 year old when they conversed with himMy sandwich was made property and with the regular size servings I receive at every other location, except the one next to the post office in Simsbury *worse one in stateThanks again ryan

They recently reopened this location with a fresh re-do and new staff. Fast, friendly service and tasty sandwiches! Prices seem to be higher than before, though... but then that's happening everywhere, right?

Is this subway ever going to open again? Last time I went they wouldn't sell me cookies because they were "too warm" and couldn't get then off the cookie sheet. They really seemed to struggle at this location
