“This is a special place. It is lovely to see a family owned restaurant with such hard-working individuals. They take pride in all the details: from the graphics on the plate, to the tiles, to the interior sign that is made from organic materials. A beautiful husband-wife, team and family. The food is sensational and the cappuccino makes my day.My favorite is the Stromboli“
“As a hunter for a good breakfast sandwich… This is by far the best breakfast I have had in a long time in Stamford! The man made it from scratch and the dish was to die for! The cookie was also so delicious! I highly recommend coming here to their cafe.“

“Wonderful place! Everything about our visit was excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and decorated for the season (Valentine's Day). We ordered our appetizers: pasta fagioli and Caesar salad and were not disappointed. For an entree we had broccoli rabe pizza which the chef modified for our vegetarian diet. It was delicious. The crust was thin and had the right amount of crunch. The rabe was the right amount of garlicky. We should have each ordered our own! And dessert! Who knew that vanilla ice cream dowsed in good, hot espresso could be so sublime. The homemade Limoncello shot, rounded off a lovely lunch. We have been to Bari before and will return every chance we get. Big Mike, Johnny and the staff bring southern Italy to Stamford. No passport needed.Maria and MarkRhode IslandVegetarian options: The chef modified for us.“

“We stopped in on a dreary day over Christmas break while visiting family in Stamford. We felt the warmth and love as soon as we walked through the door. We ordered bagels and coffee. Coffee was self-service, hot and delicious. Our bagels were brought to our table, fresh and warm. The owner welcomed us like we were family. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality make this gem a perfect spot.“

“A cute cafe located off the Main Street of Westport, but an absolute MUST try for anyone visiting. The ambiance is immaculate - very photo friendly with funky decor you can lounge on as you contemplate buying. The menu is Spanish tapas. I ordered the tortilla Española with goat cheese and arugula. It came with a well dressed side salad. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the service was upbeat and prompt. I didn't get coffee this time, but I will absolutely be back!“

“Super rad cook, fast inter webs and beautiful scenery. Also a possible site for star sightings... I experienced a Baldwin brother whilst waitressing here. And one of the random weekends I was out of the scene, Ms. Lively of the Blake Livelies showed up with baby in tow. It was a sad day in Louisville that I missed that sighting... <3 I would have been a giggling school girl over those two.“
“Unassuming place, personal attention from owners of this family-owned business. Huevos rancheros and everything else was delicious. Including grilled chicken and pancakes (with a mound of mango) for kids, Huge portions. Inexpensive. Love it. Will go back for dinner next time.“

“Walked in here around 5:15p and immediately loved the set up of the place. I am a fan of coffee shops/cafes that serve drinks and this is the first one I've really found in Fairfield county. I ordered 2 empanadas (onion and cheese + caprese) and a lemon ginger tea. The woman behind the counter brought me my tea with a bottle of honey (it was nice I didn't even have to ask) while my empanadas were warming up. The music was relaxing throwbacks that I was really enjoying as I was getting some work done. The empanadas were really good! The bread/dough was different from other empanadas I've had - there was a crunch like a croissant - but I really enjoyed it with the salsa verde. Can't wait to come back here in the future!“

“The new owners, Davis the manager and his staff provide excellent service. The quality of the food exceeded all of our expectations. Romanacci provides an impressive variety of delicious dinner options at reasonable prices. We love that it is not just your typical “grill food” and feel lucky to have this option in the community.“

“Boutique empanada shop, nicely decorated in a small, cafeteria-type setting. Very good empanadas including two outstanding sauces. Coffee is excellent and service is fast, with a smile. The empanada was tasty but light on the filling. Elephant ear pastry was fresh baked and as good as I've had. There are about six tables to dine in, or take out.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, mainly empanadas and pastries.Parking: Free street parking right outside, can be a bit more difficult during busy times of the day/week.“
“NEW OBSESSION. Thrilled to have found this gem. The mart is fully stocked with countless authentic Japanese food, snacks, seasoning, and drinks. Their coffee section has a large refrigerated section of ready-made meals as well. Yummy, fairly inexpensive, and *definitely* my new go-to place.“

“We absolutely LOVE SOBOL Wilton! The employees, the location and of course their awesome bowls :) Lucas knows our phone in orders so well, he types in our phone number for rewards before we can even tell him. He & Joey remember our "usual" orders, are so professional, personable and pleasant. Our orders are consistently correct and taken with a genuine smile & hello, no matter how busy they are. Just wanted to pass along what great employees you have - although I'm sure you already know that ?“

“Lovely stop for breakfast or lunch. Kind of loud. Service was excellent. Main courses came before we finished our soup, but almost zero wait time for both courses. I had eggs, which were good. My friend had chicken pot pie which looked good. Note, signage to find the restaurant from Route one was not good. Even as I made my way inside, wasn't sure I was in the right spot. Will be back!“
“I visited this location for the first time for brunch and was very impressed. The food and the service were phenominal. The store that is attached to the restaurant is extremely nice and sell some great products. I plan on visiting this location on regular basis.“

“From the moment we stepped into this quaint Italian bistro, we knew we were in for a treat. The warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for what was to be an unforgettable dining experience.I opted for the homemade rigatoni with Pomodoro sauce, adding meatballs to my dish. The rigatoni was perfectly al dente and the Pomodoro sauce bursting with the fresh flavors of sun-ripened tomatoes, basil, and a hint of garlic. My wife's choice was equally impressive - homemade fettuccine with truffle. The fettuccine was expertly crafted, tender yet firm, and the truffle added an exquisite depth of flavor that elevated the dish to new heights. It was clear that the ingredients were of the highest quality and the dishes were prepared with a lot of care and passion. But what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their offerings. They made us feel welcomed and valued, enhancing our dining experience. We ended the evening with what might have been the best tiramisu we’ve had.Highly recommend.“

“Cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Porch at Christie's. The space is beautiful and inviting, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy their endless supply of delicious baked goods, sandwiches, coffee, etc.. After ordering our food we started chatting with Andrea, the owner, who was at a nearby counter prepping cookies and she could not have been kinder!! Such a great experience and we cannot wait to go back!“

“Very cute outdoor coffee stand at a little apartment complex park near the train station. The staff were very friendly and the coffee is delicious, really great (had a latte). However, the food situation was disappointing. They advertise yogurt parfaits, pastries, and hot sandwiches, but almost none of the things were available. I would suggest that management make clear what hours food is actually offered and served!“

“I never really write reviews, but I feel the need to this time! Andy, the owner and barista, is absolutely amazing, and so is the coffee. Affordable coffee, and tastes amazing. My girlfriend and I came in for a quick coffee, and ended up staying for hours. We had to figure a lot of personal stuff out. Being unfamiliar with the area, Andy gave great advice. He even stayed open an hour longer to help us out! Also, bakery aspect are all super freshly baked and amazing (and again affordable).Thank you Andy!“

“Fantastic sourdough and pastries (especially the croissants)Things are pricey but worth it. Quality is top notch. They focus on small details like using homemade preserves and nicely toasted almonds. The flaky pastries here rival France . Sourdough flavors alternate which make sono bakery a fun place to try new sourdough concepts. Some breads are better than others but all are good quality. Highly recommend the almond croissants“
