Love the food here but they never seem to get an order over the phone right. Not sure what the issue is. Whenever we order food and bring it home, once we open it it's wrong. Even ordering a coffee inside they seem to get it wrong. Make sure to inspect your takeout I guess before you bring it home.

Fantastic sourdough and pastries (especially the croissants)

Fantastic sourdough and pastries (especially the croissants)Things are pricey but worth it. Quality is top notch. They focus on small details like using homemade preserves and nicely toasted almonds. The flaky pastries here rival France . Sourdough flavors alternate which make sono bakery a fun place to try new sourdough concepts. Some breads are better than others but all are good quality. Highly recommend the almond croissants

Solid 4 stars. Nothing particularly bad to say about this spot, and no complaints necessarily. I asked for my bacon burned to a crisp, and they gave me regular old bacon after confirming it would be burned to a crisp, but I don’t think anyone ever actually gets this right so they get a free pass on that one. :)

It’s time to either get a hostess and reservations or expand the dining room. Would be nice if wifi worked. Your staff looks miserable at the counter- which is probably because the crowd is hard to please. Seats would really help.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning for a quick breakfast. You order at the counter and they give you a number to bring to your seat or call out your order if you choose to go. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant which was just okay. I wouldn't order this again. A customer before me ordered a vanilla matcha latte which looked great so that's what I ordered and it was very satisfying. They have almond and oat milk for dairy free option. I took a chocolate croissant (pan de chocolat) to go and i microwaved it for 30 seconds that night and IT WAS AMAZING -- the best I've ever had. The little girl I brought munched on a sprinkle cookie which she enjoyed while we watched the kitchen staff preparing things through the glass. That's awesome to have kids watch and learn how things get made. The guy behind the glass was kind enough to draw her a picture and bring it out to her! I brought a different set of kids the following morning (Sunday around 11). By that time, it seemed like all the prepping and baking was done, so there was nothing to watch through the windows. I was starving but I guess they dont do lunch on Sundays, so the guy recommended the breakfast burrito. It was really good and the green sauce they served with it was phenomenal. The home fries were a disservice to the meal. They were terrible. I felt bad for the potato since it was charred and had absolutely no seasoning at all. Those went straight to the garbage. The people working here were kind and it appeared clean. They have single stall bathrooms.

I bought a loaf of sourdough and an almond croissant at SoNo's table at the City Seed Winter Market in New Haven. Both were good. The loaf had a good crusty outer layer and soft inside. The loaf worked perfectly for toast and will be good for sandwiches. The almond croissant was well above average for CT bakeries. Good almond flavor and the texture was right on. 4.5 Stars

Great on go food. Service is lacking sometimes border line rude. Don’t order hour before they close cause kitchen closed. Seem little crazy for a coffee breakfast place to close kitchen early. There hours also aren’t great breakfast place close Monday and they open till 3pm.

Honestly the coffee here is pretty fire and the breakfast burrito is elite. Smells delicious the second you walk in. Staff is pretty nice too and it gets busy on weekends. Love coming here.

Love this spot - some of the best cooked eggs anywhere, amazing bread and I love the coffee. Staff? Well they aren't the friendliest but I try to look past that. I do hope owners take to heart all the folks complaining about staff.
