I would give less than one star if possible. The bartender was clearly drunk. It was old and filthy. How they are still in business is amazing. B&G should stand for Bugs and Gross. I will never go there again.

Awesome bartender and good drinks priced right. Not much else going for the place though. If you do go here bring your own crowd. Cant speak for other nights when they have a band in or something (they have a small stage so im assuming the host bands or DJ's) but the night i was there the crowd was mostly backwoods or hood.

My hometown bar. If you grew up in S.W. and r trying 2 locate a friend either u'll run into them there or someone will know how 2 locate them. Friendly open atmosphere.

The B&G lounge is one of the places I think will be around forever. I just hope it's renovated some time soon. A friend of mine had a party here in the early 90s and I don't think any of the decor has changed. 25 years at least... I think it's time. Any way the staff that I have encountered is friendly and there is a good beer selection.

It's a local dive bar - nothing more and nothing less. We walked in around 10:00 Saturday night. About 5 people total in the bar. Bartender looked at us and said she would be over in a minute. She said this a couple times as she ran around doing things - but not waiting on other patrons. Eventually she took our order and another patron offered to buy our drinks. Still she charged us accidentally and later gave our money back and charged him. She wasn't friendly or efficient and the place is old and weathered - but it's a dive bar this is how it should be! And there's a cigarette machine in here! Haven't seen one in a while. The juke box was playing pretty cool music - mostly hits from 70s and 80s. Good spot to grab a quick drink if you're local and in the mood for no frills.

Watering Hole for Elders. Total locals bar and all seniors here. That's not a bad thing as I am creeping up on senior citizen status. The barkeep was right there and very friendly. They have very limited taps but they have Killian Red, which is hard to find. The beer was very fresh and the glass chilled and very clean. The only negative was the mens room is wicked dated and needs a good pressure clean with Clorox.

Went there for the firs time to listen to Brian McDonald play. True, this is not an upscale place, but the people are friendly and the drinks are good. We got there early, and the place was kind of empty, but as the evening progressed, it got hopping. Additional musicians came up to the stage, along with a great woman singer. No food, other than chips are available, so we left to grab some dinner. However, they told us we could bring snacks and food if we wanted. There is a pizza joint and a Chinese place in the same plaza. We will keep that in mind for next time. Love that they support local live music.
