Really nice staff and great ice cream but we love their caramel macchiato shakes and the last 5 times we have gotten them they have been milk. They Need to work on milkshakes Defintely - straight milk for $15 not cool

Yikes! Other reviews about portion sizes are spot on. Got two measly scoops of ice cream on a cone. Not in a cone , on a cone.They put the scoops atop and don’t even fill the cone so it seems the ice cream is about to fall off. So cheap and stingy for a $8 ice cream.

I have allergies to gluten and dairy. On multiple occasions the manager, Linda, has helped me figure out what was safe for me to eat. She even went out of her way to make a special ice cream cake for me. The atmosphere in the store is always fun and welcoming.

Don’t offer online ordering if you don’t make the orders! I was bringing my daughter home from a root canal and she wanted a milkshake. I ordered ahead so I could just run in, grab it, and get my kid home. The site said my order would be ready around 6:40. I got there a little early, so I stayed in the car for a few minutes. When I went inside, I didn’t see a sign for online pickup, so I waited to catch the worker’s eye and asked where to pick up my order. She told me I have to wait my turn in line because they have to treat everyone equally. I thought maybe she misunderstood me, so I said that I had already ordered and it should be ready. She said no, they don’t make online orders until you’re there, and I have to wait my turn. Why the heck even offer online ordering?! And she was so snide! I wish I could have taken my tip back!

Fantastic customer service in a world where it's often lacking. Visited on Sunday at 7 pm, and two young ladies provided excellent assistance. Unlike the West Hartford location, this place efficiently managed orders, was fast, attentive, and the shakes were fantastic. Overall, a great experience - "10/10."
The manager Linda, was exceptionally attentive and helpful! Had a lovely time in shop and the ice cream was delicious. We got two a custom cakes for a party a while back (a dairy free and original ice cream) and they were so cute and tasty as well. Will absolutely recommend to everyone I
