I absolutely love this place and love sharing this gem with new people! I think CT Valley was such an essential addition to this area. It's modern, sleek, and always new with different events like trivia, bingo, and various holiday events. The vibes are immaculate and their drinks are tasty! Love the addition of Birdhouse Coffee for the non-alcoholic drinkers and pastry enthusiast. 11/10 brewery/hangout spot in CT in my humble opinion.
We’ve been here a handful of times and it’s a nice space and the staff is very friendly. Great selection of beers. We really like how they set up the back room like mini living rooms when There is a band.Only issue is that there is no changing table in the bathroom. I understand the jury is out on family friendly breweries, but it’s 2023 and parents need beer too.

This place exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was quite friendly and relaxing. The fries with the dipping sauces were to die for. The IPA's were very solid and I heard the strawberry lemonade was top notch. My only complaint would be to have a milkshake IPA on the beer list but beggars can't be choosers. Overall, this place is top notch, especially when you have great company.
