I love this place! They have by far the best smoothies! Not water or slushy! I wish I could have one every day! My bestie lives in DE now and she still gets one every time she’s up here. Definitely recommend if you want the best smoothie you’ve ever had!

All the açaí bowls I have gotten are great but I went it to get an açaí bowl and I was told that they had cleaned and shut down the machine for it. It was before 6pm and they close at 8pm. I understand if it was 7:30pm and the machine was shut down but it was shut down 2 hours before they even closed.

I'm going to preface with this review with the following: I understand this was my fault and the people working there had no obligation to make another bowl free of charge. With that being said....I came in and ordered an açaí bowl, it was pouring rain so once I left the door I started running to the store I work at in the same plaza, as I was running I hit a corner of the wall and dropped the bowl and everything splattered on the concrete. I went back in a few moments later, dripping wet and bleeding, and explained what happened, I waited in line again, and was charged again for the açaí bowl. Like I said, I'm aware they are under no obligation to give me another one free of charge, and it was not their fault. I've worked in retail/the food industry for a long time and everywhere I've worked it's always been customer focused, "how do I turn this customer into a returning customer?" I know it wasn't their fault but from a business standpoint it left a really bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately will probably not be ordering from them again. I work in the same plaza and visit at least once a week so it's a shame.

I rarely review places; but I just traveled here on a work break. I got a 32oz “Vegan Dream” and it was so delicious that after the first sip I knew I had to leave 5 stars. I’m glad I left a tip for the young ladies behind the counter who made it, I will be back to try others!
