I went in on March 19 to get some Zeppoles and I got a box of cookies on a whim. I’ve always preferred the sandwich cookies and chocolate covered ones. Usually, from other places or the grocery store, they’re good but dry and hard. The cookies from Guiseppina’s were the softest most flavorful Italian sandwich cookies I’ve never had. They were absolutely delicious. I will be coming back! The zeppoles were fabulous but I have never had Italian sandwich cookies like that. Thank you!

As somewhat of a connoisseur of fine baked goods, I have been frequenting this establishment since it opened and continue to be most pleasantly impressed with the quality of their homemade product, their very reasonable pricing, friendly customer service and overall atmosphere. Whether it be a custom cake for a special occasion or a couple of scones, a brownie and some cookies, it is 100% yummy and served with a smile!

I recently ordered a birthday cake from Giuseppina's Italian Bakery in South Windsor for my daughter's special day, expecting nothing but the best from a reputed bakery. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a huge letdown.Upon receiving the cake, it was evident that it was undercooked. The layers were soggy and raw, completely ruining the celebration. When I reached out to the bakery with photos and evidence of the undercooked cake, they chose to ignore my concerns entirely, displaying a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. It's incredibly disappointing to pay a premium price for what was supposed to be a centerpiece of the celebration, only to receive a subpar product and be met with indifference when seeking resolution. I expected better from a bakery with such a supposed reputation, and unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending Giuseppina's Italian Bakery to anyone in the future.

I wish they had acknowledged our feedback regarding the undercooked birthday cake (with proof). I cannot recommend their service anymore.

Visited for the first time last Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the offered treats. I bought fudge squares, raspberry turnovers, and tiramisu. Will definitely be returning this Sunday for more Sunday treats.

It really saddens me to see so many low reviews with some of you saying things about the owners not being friendly. You really got that out of one visit??? I have been coming here for years, as it is THE BEST place to get cookies, pastries and our favorites (the cannolis and sfogliatelle, hands down the best around). I guess some of you forget that they are actually humans and not robots. I will forever continue to come here for their amazing products, and the only complaint I have is that it's hard to not buy everything there!!

If you're driving down Sullivan Ave and see the "Bakery" sign in the plaza across from Geisslers, that's the spot you need to check out! You walk in to beautiful glass case of fresh bakery items. On the counter is a heartwarming photo that makes you feel the love of the bakery. The very friendly voice that asked what she could get me with a smile was so calming. I went to pick up some cannolis, but the tiramisu was calling my name! I bought 4 cannolis, the tiramisu, and then another 4 mini cannolis :) The mini ones are awesome too.. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip. My husband and his family had gone to a bakery in Hartford for yeaarrrssss.. However. Once finding Guiseppinas, there's no turning back. Highly recommend!

Walked in to ask about a cake for a birthday party, older woman I spoke to was very rude and couldn’t help me but the bakery itself smelled good. May give it another try.

Lovely place! Great selection and friendly staff. Some of the best Italian bakery goods around, for sure. Their rainbow cookies and cannoli pie are divine!
