My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite on Saturday around noon. we walked in and there was 2 tables sat. The waitress greeted us and told us to pick a table and she would "find us". We had to walk to the back of the restaurant towards the windows because every table and chair/booth was dirty. we sat and waited for her to bring us menus and offer us drinks.... but we waited for about 10 minutes. As we sat and waited we looked around the restaurant with more detail and were disgusted by the appearance of the dining room. the floors had not been swept from the night before (or ever), tables were covered in crumbs but still had clean silverware rolls on them indicating that someone had set them, but never wiped them down. There was literally salt all over the floor next to one table, footprints on one of the seats where clearly an employee stood to turn on the "open" sign. As we walked out of the restaurant without ever being spoken to since we had walked in (still only 2 other tables in the dining room) we thanked the waitress who was sitting down looking at her phone instead of serving us or doing basic cleaning tasks in the restaurant. Super disappointing since we used to frequent the Simsbury location. we will not be returning to any of their locations in the future. if you can't keep the front of the house clean, I can't image the back.

Let me first say Morgan was our waitress & she def gave us a fabulous first impression. She is very attentive, wonderful personality, and made us feel very comfortable. She's detail oriented. Place is clean and ambiance is great. Manager is very nice. Now let's get to the pizza. Primo! Excellent pizza we got the Pete's pie & it was delicious. We'll def be back!

This establishment has been taking advantage of South Windsor's young, hardworking teenagers for way too long and it has to stop. I implore anyone with a shred of empathy and anyone with a social justice bone in their body to not give this place your business. If you ask any South Windsor teenager about this place, they will fill you in on this restaurant's dirty secret and that is that they simply do not pay their employees. From the cooks to the teenagers working in the front of the house, to the bartenders and the dedicated friend of the owner who keeps this place running, barely. None of them get paid for the hours they work. Now, if this restaurant was struggling and not making money enough money to pay the bills, this review would have a very different tone, but that is not the case. The business and the owner are doing fine. Except, the owner, Chris, takes the money from the restaurant and goes on booze filled gambling binges for weeks at a time and not even his wife knows where he is. He takes the hard earned money that he is supposed to be using to pay his employees and uses it for his own immoral pleasures. He then leaves it to his wife to make up excuses as to why the paychecks are late or are simply not coming. As someone who works with young people in town, I have spoken with many of the previous and current employees and have found that the excuses this establishment uses keep getting recycled and reused as people quit and are replaced. Have you ever wondered why you consistently see new faces every time you go in to pick up your food? It is because the employees quickly realize that they are not getting paid, and are left with no choice but to quit. I agree that they make a great product, their pizzas are delicious, until you realize that they are made on the backs of slave laborers. If you need verification, next time you go in, ask the front counter worker when the last time they got a full paycheck was or ask them how much back pay they are owed. The answer will shock you. The good thing is that there is no shortage of decent, responsible alternatives to get your food.

Good value for your money. Stopped in at lunchtime and I was the only one there but serving size is what got this rating. Quality, freshness, and taste was very good.

Pizza was some of the best in CT north of Hartford. Great crust, sauce and fresh mozzarella. Wings were good, hot sauce had a good flavor without being too spicy. Service was friendly and prices are pretty standard for the type of pizza and quality. Will be back!

In summary, go elsewhere for food. The ownership and management are horrendous. How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension.

Got buffalo chicken wrap for $15 and if it had one whole chicken tender in there I would be surprised. Fries weren't good either. Server never came by to offer refill on $3.50 soda.

We ate in and had a $63 bill. $76 with tip. The waitress charged us the wrong amount which we told her. She tried to fix it saying she doesn't know how and there is no manager on duty. We walk out paying the total due of $76. A few days later we get another charge. Long story short, after dispute, we end up still paying $25 extra for THEIR mistake. It's not going to break us but it's the principal. Shady that we end up paying extra for their management issues. Be wary going here and, needless to say, we won't be back.
