I do love moe's and this location has a very friendly staff and the food is great. I wish I could rate the customers that go into this place though because they worsen the experience. Almost every time I walk in there is always some fru fru uppity Karen complaining about something.

I asked for fresh steak since it was nearly the end of it, that was a NO until it was time to make fresh which it was thenSo I was served cold, chewy burnt steak. Bought two sodas out of the cooler, one of which didn't exactly feel all that cold. Asked for a cup with ice in it to pour the soda that I just bought into it and got charged more than what the bottle of soda cost me. I understand that places charge for a cup, usually it's like $0.50. They don't charge an entire drink price. And the two guys there didn't really seem to have a clue as to other things.

Hear me out, I absolutely love moes! This one though needs to have a major touch up. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 with chicken and ground beef with toppings, and the other with just ground beef. When I received them they were both cold to the touch. When I got home I had to warm them up in the microwave. The rice was hard, cheese was not melted, and very little to no meat at all. No utensils, napkins, or anything like that. There were only a handful of chips in both the bags which were not salted or flavored at all. If I were you I recommend driving the extra few minutes to the West Hartford location. Will not be back unfortunately.

My boyfriend and I ordered Moe's and picked it up. The food was cold. They gave us very little chips. Very little meat was included in the bowl. The cheese wasn't melted. The rice was cold. The salsa was also cold. My overall experience was absolutely terrible and I will never be eating at this Moe's again.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO CARE, 100%LAZINESS. Do not order from them! They messed up our online orders purposefully. The only thing they got right was the chicken. Ridiculous to think they'd put other things not ordered into our meal. What if someone had an allergy? What's worse is when I came to pick up my online order, they immediately said "we're closed", ready to turn away any customer. It was 6pm, and they close at 9pm. Are you kidding me Moe's? Hire better employees and do better
I got my noble order delivered and this is what they gave me for 2 orders of chips. Seriously! They're not even full! Are they that hard up that they can't actually put a couple more salsas in there

Brett and his team Hector and Mike did a phenomenal job!! My experience was excellent, due to the pandemic it has made literally everything impossible but I still wanted to make my mom's birthday enjoyable it would not have happened if it wasn't for Brett's amazing and friendly costumer service. I had ordered a small catering order the same day and the food was done within 15 minutes! I was blown away with the excellent costumer service. On the phone I expressed how I wanted my mom to have a special dinner and I was freaking out since it was late and didn't want my mom's b-day ruined also she works in the hospital and definitely deserved a fun time for her birthday, Brett promised that my mom would have a great birthday dinner and he truly kept his word! Food was also packed neatly, fresh, delicious and generous amount of food. If there's a 5 rating scale I would give Brett and his team 6 stars!
