Absolutely horrible customer service in the drive-thru. The guy at the window was impatient and rude as well as the girl who handed us the order. Despite asking for napkins she told us quite shortly that they were already in there. We parked to check our order and lo and behold one of the meals is completely missing, chips have been switched out for baguettes, and of course, no napkins. The only good thing I can say, is that the staff including the manager were very kind and helpful. Helped us fix the order and gave us a free dessert. Thank you again to them.

This kid in the front desk his name was Nick, what a gentlemen he was, it was my first time here, and I was able to pick a good breakfast sandwich. Thank you for being so polite Nick.

I love the warm bowls of Panera bread! In particular, the Baja bowl! ( : it is delicious and I can eat it even with celiacs. They change gloves before making my bowl, and so far have been very careful about not cross contaminating my food! ( :

Post Covid this place is not it - especially this location. You go to Panera for a bit of elevated fast casual food. This used to be the place to grab a quick salad or sandwich in a hurry without having to completely lower your standards lolBut it’s starting to feel like a sad McDonalds/Subway hybrid.I’m sorry but you cannot justify the lack of quality, service, speed, portions for the price. It’s a no from me.

This restaurant is different from others that I've visited in the chain. They handle an allergy as a to go order. Ordered my favorite salad, but seemed as if you get less than what comes in a bowl. Dressing was in those little cups, but seemed like it was just the oil which didn't add anything to the salad.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

The sandwiches I've tired have been fine. Overpriced, but that's just a Panera thing, I suppose. Not the cleanest place I've seen, but not bad. The service is sometimes a little slow (even when the place is pretty much empty), but also not too bad.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat and was in/out in 20 minutes. Food was quickly prepared. Was good and not expensive.

I placed my order on the kiosk. There were many unavailable items on the menu. When i received my text that my order was complete. I stood at the counter for at minimum 5 minutes watchbing the guy complaining that he keeps getting orders for items they don't have meanwhile im watching the women behind the counter put the bread on the trays. The bread is 1 of items they claimed to be out of. 1 of my items i ordered wasnt barely warm. I ordered extra tomatoes and didnt get the regular amount. Over all not very pleasant staff at this location and food was ok..Wheelchair accessibility: My son is in a wheelchair and can maneuver very well inside panera.
