We had a dinner reservation for a rather large party. It was a nice experience, but definitely not the best. They charge you a deposit for larger parties, when making the reservation. Also, if it's a birthday party, you can't bring in the cake (we did that at another hibachi place), but they give you an ice cream on the house. The menu comes with rice and it's an additional $5 charge per person for noodles. Again, comparing to the other place, we could choose between rice and noodles, but not here. The waitress asked us for paid beverages refills, but never refilled our water glasses until prompted.Overall, it was an OK experience, but we had a better one at the other restaurant.

This restaurant is very much overrated. Went there for the first time with friends on a Friday night. Though the entry and ambience of the place is good, it was super loud and had to talk loud to hear each other. We took a regular table (not Hibachi). The server came initially and we asked for a few minutes to decide and then she didn’t come back for 15-20 mins and we had to call someone and complain.I ordered the teriyaki vegetables with fried rice and that came with soup and salad. The soup was very average and the salad dressing was awesome. The teriyaki vegetables had no teriyaki taste at all in it and tasted more like a stir fry. No flavor or anything at all in the fried rice that came with it.My friend asked for noodles along with the teriyaki vegetables but only if it didn’t have any fish oil or fish sauce. They said it has fish oil and hence we said not to give it but they still charged us for it. Thankfully, I noticed and checked the bill and caught the mistake.Overall, the food was not tasty at all and the service was poor. Prices are high and it is very over rated. I would rather go to Kobe Asian in Manchester for very similar food but great tasting and great service and prices.

The menu was better when they were in the old building. I miss the soup salad and sushi for lunch. Now it is soup or salad. It's not a great deal now.

This place is horrible. It so so loud that you can’t even place an order. Then your cost depends on which server you get. Don’t bother to ask a manager for help. When I finally get your food it is

Been coming here for years since they were in their other location. Food is decent but quality has decreased since they moved to new location while their prices keep going up. $20 for chicken teriyaki with freeze-dried chicken and 1/4 cup of white rice?? Sauce is not authentic teriyaki. $8 for 6 small rolls the size quarters and containing bread crumbs and mayo…..Rude interaction by phone today with manager Jade after I was quoted one price for spicy salmon rolls by phone but was charged more! Instead of apologizing for error and trying to make it right, she started speaking in a patronizing tone and pretended to be confused….Well, I will not be going here anytime soon and will discourage family and friends from same if they want to get value for their money and respect as customers- hope that makes sense Jade.

Good food, and a great atmosphere, we ate at the dining, but the hibachi station looked really nice. The food was good and moderately priced and I would recommend this to my friends.

Sakura has changed into more of a chain like restaurant. There is nothing unique about them and service has turned into a “rush” like feeling. Also, booking a reservation for a party of 10, felt more like an interrogation session. While I understand the need for a deposit to reserve a table, it became an issue when they requested we call them the day of the reservation to reconfirm all guests were still coming. In addition, they called us again a couple hours before our reservation to re-reconfirm and also read us the reservation rules which stated that if anyone from our party is more than 10 minutes late they have the right to give away our table be they won’t seat us if our entire party isn’t there (regardless of the deposit). I don’t think I’ll be eating there again.
