My attempt to order a canned Sauvignon Blanc—a modest wish to enhance the meal—was met with a bureaucratic prompt on the screen instructing me to wait for a verification of age that never came. After a time, disillusioned, I canceled the $10 drink from my order in a minor but resentful act of consumer rebellion.Our quest for a clean table within this gastronomic wasteland further exposed the decline of standards. Each available surface was an affront to the notion of cleanliness, adorned liberally with crumbs and smeared with unknown substances. With no staff in sight to remedy this, I was reduced to the role of janitor, fetching water and paper towels to scrub a spot where we might dine without sticking to the table.As the clock ticked mercilessly on, the wait for our food stretched interminably, offering me ample opportunity to reflect on the dismal state of affairs and compose this lament. One could only conclude that such a place, with its forsaken service and disregard for the basic courtesies of hospitality, serves as a stark reminder of the degradation of the dining experience to mere transaction, devoid of any human touch.

The food was amazing! The staff that I interacted with was friendly too ? The only drawbacks was the roundabout I used getting there (it's designed oddly), and the booths are very slim. A great visit overall though!

Ridiculously long wait for 2 burgers and 2 shakes. The food was good, but the wait was absurd. Disorganized and slow. I waited 45 minutes, and it wasn't busy. I'll give them a second try.

We stopped in for a quick lunch, Not realizing it was totally packed inside. They click cleared off a table for us, and adapt it so we could have my son in a power wheelchair comfortably with us. They were very attentive, and held the doors open for us. Lovely group of people working here!

My food had hair in it because the girl in the back didn’t wear her hair net all the way so both my fries and burger had hair.. and the customer service was terrible immense attitude for no reason from a blonde black woman, there’s way to talk to people! Also take shakes off the menu if they aren’t served anymore, or at least be kind like “yeah we have it here but don’t serve it anymore” if you hate your job go tf home or quitDon’t make it everyone’s problem

This place is awesome. Ordering is easy, simply enter your order on an iPad near the entrance, grab a number(provided by little stands) and grab a seat to wait for your delicious meal. You can go to the front register if you need to pay with cash. Food was great. Skip the Korean bbq fries though, that was a miss. 50/50 lemonade was good.Workers seem to forget to pack utensils, even if you marked on the app that you wanted them.Decent burgers, good shakes and mediocre fries. Portion sizes are on the smaller size. Patio is dog friendly.

Ordered over the website. Easy ordering system but for a place literally called Shake Shack I was expecting an amazing, special shake. I tried the black&white shake and it was just so average and for $8 it should have been absolutely great. I can make better at home. Pretty crazy to add 50 cents for whipped cream that was entirely melted when I picked up (which was immediately upon receiving the ready notification, I was waiting in the parking lot). The cheese fries were good and everything cheese fries should be…but no fork included when I checked “please include any necessary utensils/napkins/etc.” The man at the window was very pleasant in the 2 seconds of contact I had. It took 10 min for my order to get done which I wasn’t expecting at noontime on a Friday, seems pretty off-hour. Happy to try once, probably wouldn’t try again.
