Senior Panchos has really updated their menu and the service is very prompt. It’s been a staple here in Southbury for as long as I can remember, and they’ve always helped out with any charitable fundraiser.
We were invited to this restaurant. I was very disappointed with the food I ordered. As a mexican-american, I am very picky with my mexican food, but this didn't do it for me. We ordered the cheese enchiladas to be safe. They were not. To me, they seemed watery and very bland. The tortilla felt raw. The beans were ok, the rice looked like rice a roni to me. Other people ordered the chimichanga, and they said it was ok, I don't know. Maybe it was just my food or the standards I hold when eating mexican food, I'm not sure, but it wasn't for me. The drinks looked ok, I didn't try them, the chips and salsa were ok as was the atmosphere. But I gave it a 2 star because the food I ordered didn't taste good to me. Other people might enjoy it, and that's great, but my food was not even close to the flavors of the authentic Mexican cuisine I grew up with.

Oh my goodness! So tonight my husband and I decided to try this spot for dinner tonight and we were not disappointed. We were seated promptly and greeted by a kind gentleman at the front counter who was very social and friendly and that was wonderful. Then we were seated and our server was polite and quick and took great care of us. Our drinks were always topped off and our salsa was always full. Then our food came out super quick and looked amazing. I've never had birria tacos and these were super tasty and the consume was so flavorful. The nachos we had they were so yummy and the portion was huge. Everyone was so polite and the the service was fantastic. My husband and I will gladly come back and contine to try our way across the menu. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience.

This is our go to place for Happy Hour! Food is amazing (sloppy nachos and empanadas a must have...along with about 15 other menu items...it's all good) and staff is so friendly and attentive. The owner will come out and talk with us and other customers to check on everything. You can tell there are a lot of regulars with good reason! Cannot wait for restaurant week!

Awesome service and atmosphere.Lovely, casual place to hang out! ?
First time back in a long time, service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and patient with our large party. She even gave us a tamale sample seeing we never had them before and they were very good! Our group ordered 4 pitchers of all different margarita flavors which were spot on. My husband and I ordered the brisket fajitas and they were amazing as well! We ended the night with coujito which again was incredibly delicious! Will be returning again soon!
