Best BWW in CT. I have been to all of them and none of them compete with the Southington BWW. Their waiters are well trained in customer service and I have never heard of any of them being rude. I consistently go to BWW (weekly) and they are always top notch in their service.

BEST BURGERS in Southington. We stopped in for a burger and we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious burger, wines, and outstanding service. Can't wait to go back. YUMParking: I need handicap parking and there was plenty of spaces available..... Parking is very close and convenient

Service is really good! The girl always coming to our table and asked if we need anything,she is very friendly! I ordered Chicken Wings with Garlic Hot Sauce and it was so spicy that i can't eat,she act right away took my foods and change it and asked me what kind of sauce i like,so i order normal BBQ Sauce.

Our waiter was slow ?. The food was good. Never asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. Had to wait 10 minutes for more fountain sodas. Another 10 for the check. I think he had too many tables to take care of honestly.
They sat us and waitress never acknowledged that we where there waited at least half hour not even offered drinks will never go there again worse service ever.. so got tired of waiting left to fo eat somewhere else.
