I ordered gluten free penne ala vodka through door dash. After waiting an hour and a half it finally came. In the meantime I received an email saying after I placed the order they charged me an extra $6.00 because it was gluten free. That is outrageous and that additional charge should have been made clear before I placed the order. The food was bland with hardly any sauce on it. For this I was charged $40.00. I will never order from them again.

Walked in (unexpectedly) 10 minutes before close. They were nice enough to fill my order and the pizza and poppers were a great for our visit to Witchdoctor brewery visit.

Unfortunately wasn't able to try the food because I ordered takeout and they were short on delivery drivers. The owner called me, apologized and asked if I was able to pick up, which I wasn't at that time. No problem, it happens I know how short handed resturants are these days. He offered to bring it himself if I could wait until he closed ( wonderful service) which I declined and they gave me a refund. If the service is this good, I hope the foods even better. Will absolutely be trying this restaurant asap.

Delicious gluten free pizza! They have a separate prep space and pizza oven for gluten free orders to prevent cross contact so it is safe for celiacs!

I refuse to give my money to any place where the owner/management openly admits on a public forum that they refuse to wear a mask, especially when the town is testing in the red zone.

This pizza is SO good. I usually trek to New Haven for Modern when I get in the mood for pizza. While I'm not going to compare them in style, this is on the same level. The crust in particular was crispy, but not burnt, garlic laden, and delicious. Try the clam.

Ordered two pies and garlic bread for take out on a Tuesday night, as pandemic worries and a return to restrictions seem to be rising. Arrived a little ahead of the projected time and were assured that our food was almost ready and would be piping hot from the oven, which it was. The servers and kitchen staff were masked and the cute and cozy booths sitting empty made me wish we could be dining in. Alas, it will have to be another time. The pies were wonderful. I ordered two 16" pies to feed 3 hungry adults, but probably could and done well with two 14" pies. That is ok, leftovers like this will be consumed quickly. We had a Classic Margherita pie and "Tomato Bomb." Both great and with a chewy/crispy crust that was not left on the plate. Nonnas gets 3 thumbs up from the 3 of us.

Said situation for sure. Ordered online and the no contact delivery included dropping off pizza on steps and then leaving. No ring or knock. Thought I would just let them know so they could correct it if they wanted to. Sadly the manager did not want to let me tell them of this incident. Instead as soon as he got on the phone he was defensive and seemed like all he wanted to do was prove he was right. I even said to him- so it is more important that you win this argument than to keep a customer. And it seems that is what he wanted to do, so I said, you win, hope you are happy? His reply -I won! Just another case of management out of touch with what is really important The pizza crust is good but the toppings, not so much. We had sausage and onions as toppings and, I tell you you would have a hard time finding either. So be sure to order two helpings of toppings.

Always my favorite pizza. I daydream about Nonna's on a daily basis. I know there are a handful of pizza places around Southington but none of them compare to Nonna Artemisia's! They're very efficient, pizza always arrives hot and correct for what I ordered. The service is wonderful and the pizza is dreamy.I suggest the tomato bomb, I also love good old sausage and mushroom!

We visited on 5/24/20 to celebrate my daughter's birthday and finally enjoy eating out after always eating at home due to covid19 restrictions. We made a good choice. We were able to eat at one of the tables in front of the pizza shop. So here's my breakdown Service: We received very attentive and friendly service from Ace. He also added some wings free of charge for daughter's birthday. The Food: The wings were good - not flavor I'd pick, but it was my daughter's choice. The Pizza: It had a delicious crusty on outside chewy in middle crust, with some nice puffy bubbles. We bought two types, a classic pepperoni (My daughter's favorite), which had big slices of pepperoni, and the Prosciutto Joe which had the prosciutto and red onions. The sauce was good and not too much. The cheese was also good, but the one thing I felt needed a little more sharpness. The medium pizza is what many places have as their large, 16". Price: Very reasonable 1 regular pizza with 1 topping was $15 and the specialty was about $18. I would most certainly, happily recommend this place and although my family and love to explore new pizza places we will visit again :)

Absolutely the worst pizza that I was delivered in the past ten years. Just look at it...horrible. I won't ever go here again.

We have gotten many deliveries from them in the past and have also eaten in the restaurant. They serve a great pizza along with other items. My only problem was with the delivery this time. Given the social distancing guidelines in place, I expected the driver to be wearing a mask and gloves like every other delivery we have gotten during these trying times, but no. He fumbled his order with bare hands and insisted we sign the receipt with his pen. They need to supply the delivery person with some PPE.

We recently moved to Southington and this place was recommended. I have only had the pizza - and it is absolutely delicious!! I am quite fussy when it comes to pizza and some places that have lousy pizza and people give it 5 stars just amazes me. This place - the pizza deserves 5 stars. We like to take a walk downtown, order a pie, and then enjoy it outside on a bench.
