This is the 3rd time I have ordered a salad and then told after there is no salad dressing. They should tell customers before they order a salad that there is no salad dressing.

Portion sizes very small at this location, slow service, at least one or two food items are always out. I went tonight and the floor near the ordering area was covered in hundreds of ants. Manager went out to look at it but then went back without doing anything about the bugs. I highly suggest going to any other restaurant in the area, there are many to choose from.

They gave me half portions on my order except for the rice and queso so I ended up with some strange cheese stew instead of a burrito bowl. If you can't fulfill the order why accept it? Or why are you not giving full portions of just some of what I ordered? I still haven't seen a single order that doesn't look like it took a ride in a rock tumbler before it makes it into my hands as well. Get bigger bags if it's so difficult to pack.

ordered a mobile order and picked up the bag that had my name on it. got home, opened the bag and the sticker on the bowl said a completely different name not even similar to mine. wasn’t even close to my order. is it that hard to make sure the name on the bowl matches the name on the bag????

Got three bowls supposedly extra meat And I received a little Of meat charge me $53. This is unacceptable. Ridiculous I recommend a different chipotle in lobby was disgusting. Staff is ruled specially the cashier and I’m a Repeat

So freaking expensive! 15$ for a bowl of food seems a bit much. It's not just this location obviously it's all chipotle restaurants. But imo it's not worth that. I mean throw in a bag of chips at least!

Probably the worst chipotle i have ever been to! The employees were beyond unprofessional and the manager there was honestly the least pleasant person i have ever came in contact with, place was gross and the food was extremely dry honestly would never recommend anyone to eat there glad they refused to take my money because i felt the food poisoning coming without even eating the food so if your thinking about eating there please dont you might get sick as soon as you walk in the place

I have been in this location numerous times both to dine and also for doordash. The speed they prepare a proper burrito (wrapped not torn up or having ingredients falling out) is awesome to watch. Not only that but it seems to me that time of day doesn't matter. The employees during the day time are incredibly friendly even sharing book preferences or great casual/personable conversation all while working together effectively. The night crew as well is incredible and exhibits the same attitude. Charles took care of me last time I went in. Wonderful experience start to finish. They are also very great at maintaining service quality while breaking down for close. I say this as a man with roughly 6-7 years restaurant experience as a server, cook, dishwasher, host and manager. Great experience. I feel this location deserves a bit of love from corporate as i rarely have a bad experience. It's some hateful people that review and chock one bad experience up to being "It UsED tO Be GOoD bUt iTs GonE DoWn HiLL" and saddens me that so often people go out of their way to be negative but rarely to commend. An incredibly consistent experience with some really awesome teams working together. Keep up the work crew and Charles...you the man.
