Excellent food and service. Only suggestion is to provide an area to wait until table is ready.

Food here is typically really good however we have had some hit or miss experiences lately. Service is definitely suffering lately as well unfortunately. Will try back in a few months maybe?

I must admit, I was never a big fan of the original Craft Kitchen location, but the new spot in downtown Plantsville is amazing. It’s a really cool looking interior and decor with plenty of space. The food was delicious as well as the cocktails. Easily one of the best spots in Southington!

We held my daughter's wedding rehearsal at Craft Kitchen on 3/15/24, and it was beautiful, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Liz and her staff went above and beyond!!! I work in this industry and they went beyond my expectations. Thank you. I would highly recommend Craft Kitchen.

Terrific experience, food and drinks and restaurant were great. We celebrated a birthday with 6 of us, and the waitstaff was very attentive to our needs. I don't want to sit near the door again, but we were very well taken care of.

Newly renovated and under new ownership. Has become popular with the local crowd for both lunch and dinner. Great for a quick bite.

If you like mediocre food, being treated like a burden, poor customer service, having to ask for everything (including menus and utensils) and parking challenges, then this is THE place for you!Took forever to find a parking spot, had to wait 30 minutes for a table with reservations, nowhere to sit or stand to wait for tables, kept getting asked to move out of people's way while waiting. Ordered a martini that I received in a margaritas glass and it wasn't even good. Finally got seated... They didn't even give us menus or utensils. We had to flag someone down to order a drink and then it took more than a half an hour to get it after we had to remind them of our order! We were there for AN HOUR AND A HALF before our pizza and burger came! The burger was overcooked and tasteless and the pizza o.k. The worst part of the experience is the way we were treated by staff. Every single person we encountered treated us like a Burden. No smiles or friendliness. Each time we tried to talk to someone to address the issues, there was nothing but excuses. These people need to learn that at some point you need to turn people away who don't have reservations because they could not handle the tables and reservations they already had. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. Oh....and it was way too loud. This is a glorified bar. I can't fathom why this place was so busy.

Went here for dinner. Ordered the fried calamari, was amazing and delicious!Husband ordered their basic burger. $14 for a burger on a plate. $2 more to add on a side. That’s a bit extreme and pricey for just a burger on a plate. It was just that a basic burger. I got the pasta with chicken parm. Sauce was very good, chicken as well. Pasta could’ve been cooked longer.

We have been to the original home, the Plainville restaurant and now the new location in Plantsville. The original home was homey and great food. The Plainville restaurant was not too good, and obviously not well received because it is now closed. This new location in Plantsville is AWESOME!Appetizer's-delish, entree-fabulous. I had sea scallops. Tasted like they puled them out of the sea today. We shared a Bourbon creme brulee. The creamiest I have ever had and I make them at home..So worth it!The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere is because the gas fire wasn't lit in our room. That would have been nice ambiance.Check it out. I think they are worth it.
