The younger white girl at the window has the worst attitude. The first time I went here, she practically threw the food in my face. I ordered a mobile order 25 minutes before I showed up to get it. She’s pissed because I didn’t warn her I was coming to the window. She was rude once again. If she’s mad about having to turn around and grab an order off the shelf then she shouldn’t be working in customer service. Not everyone wants someone to be super rude to them first thing in the morning. I’m sure if I was rude back to her she wouldn’t have liked that. But I do know how to be respectful.

Will not even remotely give these fools a positive rating !! Donut was stale, coffee was burnt. May have changed looks by his new building but the products are nasty and the 2 employees attitudes were even more egregious than a nasty politician !!!

They have a staff member, Melanie, who always provides exceptional service. She's always upbeat, efficient, and willing to answer questions on new products or make honest suggestions on things to try. You'll go through the drive thru with a smile on your face!

Since switching to Dunkin go the quality of the food and coffee has been horrible. Of mud water tasted like something it would be their coffee. Order hash browns and literally got a ball of broken up potatoes. So sad as they are the only ones close to me.

Was really excited for a drive thru only to replace this location, but two stops and the same horrible product. On two mornings, threw out the wrap. It's a simple order. Sausage cheese wrap only. Both times, each wrap was burnt beyond being able to eat them. I returned in hopes it was just an off morning the first time but this is now over $10 wasted of my money.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Almost none on one side and nothing on the other. Got to the bottom of my coffee and there was a piece of paper in it. Staff came out to take a break and tossed their empty plastic cup on the ground. I will NEVER come here again. Bad service, bad product.
Totally disappointed in an employee named Stephanie she harassed my boyfriend myself and made my son cry in front of multiple customers. All because we walked into her dunkin . Will bring my service else where very trashy to bring drama into a store you work at while I’m with my 3 year old son .
