Thank you Flair for making our anniversary something special. Nights out along are rare for us, amd your staff and service were both exceptional. Food was delicious and generously portioned. Chef came out to wish us a happy anniversary and ask how we were enjoying our meal.Thank you again for a wonderful evening - we can't wait to come visit again!

I’m not one to come on here to complain, or really at all. Nothing bad about the service or the atmosphere… but specifically the food. Me and my boyfriend came here last night, and they had their valentine’s day menu. I ordered the Cran Crusted Chicken ($30) while my boyfriend ordered the surf and turf- MEDIUM rare ($65). First of all, there was hardly any lobster on that plate for that plate to be $65 and the steak came back RARE. That’s such a joke. To be honest, nothing was wrong about my chicken it was really good, but i went home feeling nauseous… i couldn’t even eat dessert when i got home because i KNEW i was gonna vomit. Little do you know, i vomited 7 times last night, which i never ever do. And today being the day after, my stomach is STILL upset.Honestly, overall dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food was great (a tad pricey) Service was very good. Wish the waitess gave us more of a recommendation or warn us about portions as we had way too much food (never a bad thing). Place was perfect for a date night. We got Caesar salad/flair salad. We would have been better off splitting the flair salad. As it was enormous. We got the ravioli and bourbon wings. Ravioli came with another salad (said slaw). Everything came with apples and salad. Maybe a little too much. Now we know for next time. Can't wait to try the steak next visit! Will definitely be back. A nice find and plenty of parking in the back.

we went there today (twice in the last 3 weeks) & the service was terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!! - they have a young waitress girl (same girl both times) that should look elsewhere to work because being a waitress ain't it She screwed up our bill both times - never came back to our table to refresh drinks - when she did we ordered but never received The food was way too salty - the cod dish - the cod was way too soggy mush we go there all the time (we love the owner who is a great guy) but will start to look around at different places in Southington to dine - I am sorry but enough is enough

I have to say, the reviews through me off, but I been wanting to come here since they opened, and I’m glad I gave it a chance. Our waiter Anthony was by far the best I’ve ever had! Food was delicious! Wait time wasn’t as bad as I thought, but when your in good company, it doesn’t matter as long as it’s fresh and tasty, which it was. The Mix bakery inside was a beautiful hidden plus! I actually got a bunch of desserts to take home! I am definitely going back…

Overall, we had a very good meal. The steak and prime rib were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The mashed potatoes were yummy and the house salad with balsamic dressing was tasty. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The manager and the chef both came to our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal. There are a few things to improve on, however. There was no ice in the water, which was tepid not cold. I like my ice water to have lots of ice. The white wine also was not cold. I think white wine should be very cold. The green beans were raw and very crunchy. I like them to have a bite to them, but not to the extent of being raw. Also, the dinner rolls were dry and tasteless. I look forward to going back to see if these things improve.

My friends and I went for Saturday brunch and it was a sub-par experience overall. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as they are clearly a primarily dinner restaurant but if you're going to offer brunch it should be done correctly. The restaurant was nearly empty when we were there, yet service was still slow. The waitress was friendly but inattentive, but there were times when would disappear and not show back up for long periods of time. Our orders were jumbled up, where some people at the table were getting sides and mains that others ordered. By the time all our food was out, most of it had gotten cold. Our waitress advised us that they are using a new ordering system and that there may have been errors in how our orders were inputted.I had the Croque Madame, which was basically just a ham egg and cheese on a roll. It was solid, but not great. Others complained that their food was not cooked correctly (specifically the hash browns, which were all ordered well done but came out lightly cooked). The bright spot was at the end, when they gave me a dessert and a lit candle for my birthday (the reason we were there). It was a very nice gestureIn closing, I would not go back for brunch but I would be willing to try dinner. Based on the other reviews, it appears that is the way to go.

The service was nice. The food took a hour and we were the only table being served at 415. The food was surprisingly terrible. Both salads came out soggy. Ordered wings, some looked like chicken parts that I couldn’t tell were wings. Really disgusting and dry. Had to have been cooked days before and drenched with sauce to cover up. Ordered a seafood dish, all the seafood was over cooked and rice with it was dry. Really awful. Cook offered to make us another dish but the first took over an hour and we were catching a movie. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Had dinner at Flair for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! Our group ordered a few different things including the fried calamari and plantain chip appetizers the filet Mignon steak tips and the thanksgiving turkey entrees. Everything was so flavorful and so good. Our server was very friendly and attentive and the ambiance in the restaurant was great. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!
