Let me start off with, I really love this place! The game and drink options are great and the service is pretty good, but it would be nice if they could keep the games serviced better. More than a few of the games I played had non-functioning buttons and the coin slots ate my money without giving credits.

I've visited this barcade a handful of times in the past year and loved each visit! The drinks are tasty, varied, and a fair price, and tokens are surprisingly cheap!However, I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 5 because there are too many pinball machines. In fact, they recently replaced the dancing game with 3(!) more pinball machines. Even worse, they removed Soul Caliber!! Surely, people don't want that many pinball machines, especially folks who visit in a group and would like to play against their friends!The new "free" raccoon game is fun, though, and I like the idea of being able to play as long as you have a drink! I wish there were more games like this (and Soul Caliber) at Gamecraft.

If you are like me and enjoy vintage arcade games, then you will enjoy this place. I prefer going (when I do) during the day, as the nights are both busier and louder. They have a bar and over NA drinks as well as alcoholic drinks. If you're hungry, you can order delicious food that's prepared and brought to you from The Lab. The Lab is a take out restaurant on the south side of the Factory Square.

Loved this place! The drinks are delicious, draft list is awesome. It got a little loud but that is to be expected on a Sunday afternoon!
This place was fun, friendly staff and had a decent selection of games to play at a great price. For $5 my girlfriend and I were able to play a bunch of games for a little over a half hour. Drinks were also priced well (cider and on tap beer for about $16). We plan on coming back on a different night as we went on Sunday which is family night.

Came back to say same lady was here. Extremely rude .. targeted our friend who wasn't even drinking.... we all have been here before and we're aware of the age restrictions. She didnt even ask our friend just kept pointing at her. Worst customer sevice ever....if it wasn't a friend's birthday we would have left. Previous review: Fun games, good prices, girl at the counter was extremely rude, but she could've just been having a bad day......

I have no complaints! This spot is FUN! The drinks are delicious, the themes are super fun and really enticing. The prices seemed reasonable, and the games were a blast! A big enough variety that nobody was waiting around to play anything, there was something for everyone. I'll definitely be back!
