Drove out of my way to get a breakfast sandwich and stock up on bagels to find out they were closed. Got there at 1:45 and the online hours state open til 2. Major disappointment. Also very weird they advertise that they serve lunch yet close shop before 2.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We ordered our sandwiches here to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. While on our way, we called at 10:17am to place the order, arrived at 10:22am and paid at 10:29am. When we arrived, no one acknowledged me. I was looked at disrespectfully as if I wasn’t welcome (could be a race thing, not sure). When I stated the name on the order, I found that it was already ready, much to my delight! But, when I paid and sat down in the car to eat the sandwich, I found that it was underwhelming. We ordered two Asiago bagels with a few add-ons and ketchup and hot sauce. We mentioned many times to the person helping us that we would like both of those items. When we opened our sandwich, we found that our “Asiago” bagel was really a plain bagel with a sad slice of cheese on top and some random seasoning. We also did not notice any ketchup or hot sauce, and to too it off our sandwiches were COLD. When we called to rectify the situation, they did not apologize or look for ways to find a solution. Instead, they accused us of taking 45 minutes to get to the restaurant because of their wonky computer system and lying about out sandwiches being cold (time stamps of when we called are attached below). They blamed us for their technical and mechanical errors.Fantastic customer services right there. Don’t waste your time. If you want a sandwich done right, you’re better off going to Dunkin’.

The Lox, Tomato, Capers, red onion and Cream cheese on a plain Bagel is legitimately the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. Just get one, seriously.

We came to kettle bagels because they have a gluten free option that is generally very good. This time we waited over 15 minutes when the place is not packed at all and at the end they said it was on the counter the whole time and apologized non of the workers noticed and called us when it was ready. So we decided to eat on the way to work and we opened our bagels - they were already cold and burned. Disappointing.

Great atmosphere. They are a little pricey, but you won't break the bank. We'll seasoned food. Smiley friendly faces. I got the sausage egg and cheese on a hard roll with extra egg. 3 hashbrowns (which were better than mcdonalds AND cheaper) and a corn muffin which was to die for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will def be going back. Keep up the good work, Kettle Bagel!!!

Coffee is good and the some bagels are marginal. The everything bagels lack flavor as does the strawberry cream cheese. The French Toast bagels are delicious with the Maple Bacon cream cheese. Place could use a thorough decluttering of the old restaurant equipment in the table area and the overflowing stock room shelves that take up the tiny coffee prep area. The signage is mixed and confusing due to the four unused TV screens in an extremely cluttered wall space (As if they just keep adding more signage instead of replacing them)

You must try the jalapeño bagels! They are awesome.

"Breakfast Dreams Shattered: Kettle Bagels Fails to Deliver Quality and Accuracy"My recent visit to Kettle Bagels turned out to be a breakfast disappointment of epic proportions. I walked in with the hope of finding my go-to breakfast spot, but alas, this was anything but that. I ordered a seemingly simple Egg Bagel toasted with butter and two eggs. To my surprise, the initial order included cheese, which I promptly corrected. Despite reiterating my order and receiving a confirmation, mistakes continued to plague my experience. The excitement for their Roast Beef Breakfast Special, listed at $7.99, quickly faded as I faced a series of blunders. I pointed directly at the advertised special on their board and explicitly requested the Hot Roast Beef delight with Double Egg, Melted Swiss, Dijon Mayo, and Horseradish Mayo on an everything bagel toasted with butter. A printer error resulted in my order being neglected, causing an additional 10-minute wait after others who ordered after me received their food. When my food finally emerged, it was a comedy of errors. My wife's bagel sandwich, ordered without cheese, was laden with it. My own special sandwich, meant to be the highlight of my visit, turned out to be a poorly executed mess. Instead of the promised combination of ingredients, I received a toasted bagel with roast beef and cheese, devoid of eggs and horseradish. The lack of attention to detail was mirrored by the state of the working area behind the counter. A quick scan revealed a grim sight - a floor covered in dropped food and bread pushed into corners, painting a less-than-sanitary picture. The unfortunate experience didn't end there. The eggs in my wife's sandwich were undercooked due to the apparent rush in the kitchen. This oversight led her to award the sandwich a dismal 1-star rating. As for me, I had to settle for giving my sandwich the same score. The attempt to salvage my breakfast by ordering their signature dish only highlighted their inability to execute even the simplest of orders. In the end, Kettle Bagels' failures left me with a disheartening sentiment. What could have been a satisfying breakfast venture turned into a lesson in incompetence. With such a disappointing track record, I have no intention of returning to Kettle Bagels. It's clear they have much to improve upon if they aim to satisfy their customers and earn their loyalty.
