Marissa was a great waitress. She was very on top of making sure everyone was happy with their food. She was patient with me about ordering. I personally am not huge into sushi but my boyfriend is very much a fan of this place's sushi. I really liked the Rock and Roll rolls. Ate about half of it, my poor boyfriend. He also got the Tiger Roll. He enjoyed it. He liked dipping all the rolls into the provided sauce. I got the tempura udon which was really good. The tempura onion rings and broccoli made me think of "onion rings lite". Wasn't greasy at all.Now on to my no-no for the place. The seating arraignment is a little weird. And the green tea (as a green tea snob) was not very good. Maybe it's just that green tea, I don't know.

I rarely write reviews, but my boyfriend picked up sushi for us tonight and this was by far the worst we’ve ever had. We’re actually very surprised to see all of the positive reviews. Our fish wasn’t fresh at all and in fact slimy, and the rice was overcooked - the edamame was drenched in garlic.

I was initially skeptical at the idea of strip mall sushi but WOW! This place is absolutely worth a stop. On top of great food, the customer service was amazing and I was met with kindness and generosity, even offered a complimentary cup of tea while I waited for my to-go order. I cannot say enough in terms of this wonderful place and team! Thank you!

Rock & roll fried sushi roll 12/10 its a fried roll with salmon and cream cheese, i thought it would be weird to have a fried sushi roll, but it turned out to be the best sushi i have ever had ANYWHERE, will come back just for these.Salmon killer roll 9/10 would have been 12/10 if i had gotten it fried (the way it is on the menu)Your standard eel avocado roll 9/10Tuna tartare 8.5/10. tuna needs to be more finely diced, needs a sauce and utensils to pick up, im okay with chopsticks, but not that good. but the flavor combo was there, would like to see more scallions throughout that dish.Avocado & jalapeno vegetable roll (i added cream cheese to it) and it was 10/10, if you're looking for no meat but a little spicy and savory, delicous!Tempura (fried) ice cream 10/10 batter on ice cream was thick and perfect, crispy too, not like other places where its barely fried, slimy, & sloppy. Truly a perfect way to end a meal. So wish they had fried bananas though. 5 stars. Cute little place great atmosphere, open kitchen, chef was very helpful and open to my odd substituitions.
My partner and I are regulars here. The food is always delicious. The ambience is quiet and relaxing. The staff are polite and friendly. Definitely try Koshi! It will not disappoint.

Tried this place for the first time today. I wanted sushi after just having a baby and my husband loves hibachi so it seemed like a good option. I will say the staff was very friendly and service was great however the food was very bad. My sushi was chewy and my Philly roll had no cream cheese. I couldn't even eat the other rolls because they were mushy or chewy. Unfortunately the hibachi was just as bad. The rice had a weird taste to it and the noodles didn't taste like anything. Will not going back.

NEVER a bad meal here and I've been several times. Their specialty rolls are amazing! Owner/chef is the nicest guy and even stayed open late to make rolls for my coworker and I when we came by after a call and was SO nice.

I look forward coming in hybrid day to work because I know I’m getting sushi for lunch. Lunch special is ideal and hold you off til dinner. Great portion and variety for lunch sushi special. Best part is walking in you’re greeted by the employees and everyone is nice. Planning on dining in for dinner one day. But thank you for your food and service! See y’all next week!
