“Mae Kong is a great littleThai restaurant . The owner cares about her food and it shows . It is a small place tasteful but simple atmosphere . I have eaten here for many years . It is one of the few restaurants in downtown New Britain that has withstood the rest of time. While many others have come and gone Mae Kong survives. The menu is varied and contains many Thai dishes you won't find elsewhere . I have Tom Yum Khoong soup, the Larb, Pad-See-ew, a couple of Prik dishes, the green, Panang and Mussaman curries as well as several other dishes . All ver excellent. S solid and relatable Thai restaurant. It's BYOB.“
“I arrived in a great environment with friendly staff and was sat immediately. The service was quick as well as the wait time as it took about 10ish minutes. During this time I had ordered dumplings. I was very impressed with the flavor and soon after my ramen had came out. The ramen was just as good but I had found there to be too many bean sprouts, but this is just a personal opinion. Overall a great place to visit with friends and family.“

“Absolutely delicious ? ?. I ordered the Chicken Pho (soooo good) great portion size on the chicken as well. Also ordered the dumplings. The sauce that comes with the dumplings is out of this ?. I have ordered though Uber eats before, and as a driver for UE as a side hustle you don't wait on them to be ready with the order to pick up. Really love this place.“
