Service was good. Wasn't busy. Ordered shrimp on the barb. Shrimp was not cooked. Told server and she didn't seem to care. I took it to go but I know I'll throw it away. Last time eating at this place. I know I'm gonna throw up as soon as I get home. Should've went to Buffalo wild wing.

If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. This will be my 2nd time getting hair in my food at the Southington location. I work long hours and often order take out. I ordered the bbq chicken meal with a Cesar salad, baked potato and slice of cheesecake. I requested butter, cheese and sour cream for the potato which was all jammed into 1 small ramekin. After scraping it out to put in my potato I noticed a nasty black hair. I immediately got so grossed out I couldn’t eat my meal and immediately gave my feedback on the survey experience and requested a refund. I have not heard anything back nor has my $21.64 been refunded. Staff needs some lessons on ServSafe and to refund my money!

Absolutely delicious bloomin fried chicken sandwich. The flavor of the breading is amazing the chicken was good too. The first time there was a big breast I felt was appropriate for the price the second time it was smaller it didn’t fit the bun and was very thin. The manager did fix the problem but told me it’ll be that size from now on that the first size wasn’t correct. The second patty was patted very thin and didn’t fit the bun. So I think this chain should reconsider if they want repeat business. If they could keep the portion from the first sandwich it would be better even if they had to charge a couple more bucks. We don’t go out to eat at the dollar menu for chicken sandwiches if we wanted that we would just go to Wendy’s. But a really delicious fried chicken Sandwich perfect with the bloomin sauce.

Service was very slow. Onion blossom and margarita were good but Rib eye had no seasoning and was very grizzly. Was grossed out by my second bite and didn't eat any more. A second meal was a combo that had a sirloin, it was supposed to be cooked medium and the top was so burnt you could barely get a knife through it. Will not be going back
