Took full hour to get order placed. Not kidding! Mgr finally agreed to make right. Went on day he said to see him. Wasn't there they said. They used receipt to fix order AND messed up AGAIN the order. I guess I won't go for strike 3 there. Lesson learned.

This Popeyes in Southington was my #1 Popeyes to go to in this part of CT for as long as it's been there but my last visit was disappointing and for what the cost is it shouldn't be that way. We ( myself and my friend Rich ) usually get the same thing every visit. They have strawberry lemonade which is our favorite and it was strawberry lemon water and was not like any of our past visits at this Particular Popeyes!!!!! I will not be accepting the nasty drinks in the future.
The pink haired woman is absolutely deranged and deplorable. Swearing at the register about customers, yelling food orders across the kitchen and the other woman Becky? No personality borderline rude. Won’t return to this location after hearing how she mocks the people who pay her salary.

Ordered chicken. We a party of 3 ended up getting upset stomachs. Tasted good going down but had stomach problems later. Friends went there a few times, and they said they never had any issues.

I went to get something after work and this little young girl was just on her phone talking, this is definitely a child because why does she have long nail, alot of jewelry and no hair net in a food establishment. She's just on her phone, the next young lady had to literally called her to say someone is standing at the counter. When she do look up the phone is still in her hand video chatting while taking my order!!

Courtney at Drive through made my 24 hr day lit with not only securing 24 pieces of that Ghost pepper, (1 piece for every hr) but just being straight fire herself. Excellent costumer service. I don't even write reviews, I lie to people's face all the time saying I will, but not Courtney. Had to light up that night sky with 5 stars for Courtney.

Typical fried chicken for a chain restaurant, but the woman at the counter was weeded and still served everyone with a smile and good cheer. Service is speedy and despite the business of the restaurant there was minimal wait time.

I stopped at this Popeyes location on my way home from a meeting. All of my food was piping hot, and well prepared.The young lady who took my order was very polite, friendly and double checked my order.I brought home food for my entire family. My order had no mistakes. And the food was great!I'd highly reccomend this Popeyes location to anyone!Parking: The parking spaces were located around three sides of the restaurant. They were just 30 foot walk to several entrances. They had plenty of overflow parking as well.All parking spaces were handicapped accessible from the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have several kid friendly options, such as chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, sandwiches, fried chicken, etc...Wheelchair accessibility: All entrances and parking areas are handicapped accessible.
Went through drive thru 2 times, girl inside just standing and talking to another employee. Never got waited on. Left and went to Burger King.

I came in popeye's To get dinner and my app wouldn't work ashanti Came over to me help me with my app and got me in and out Less than 10 minutes, she's a wonderful hard worker and makes this place shine. I hope you know how wonderful You have up front all the team members said goodbye to me and they were very friendly, smiling face That's what you wanna see when you come to a business good job!!!!?Parking: Location perfect in and out
