I ordered an IPA beer, and wow, did I wait for that beer. After about 15 mins goes by, she finally arrives, and hands me an open can of beer? I thought this was a bit odd..I didn't pay much attention to it... But what I did mind, was the totally disgusting glass the server gave me afterwards. Grease all over the glass. I waited again, a very long time, just for a new glass. After another 15 minutes by, I was practically forced to get a glass from the bar. Mind you, they weren't busy.So I decided to order a full rack of ribs, and my wife did the same. Wow they were dry. I bet I could cut through a tire easier than their ribs. I told the server my wife and I just couldn't force ourselves to eat it, and we would gladly pay for the meal no problem. I only requested that she tells the chef in the back of the issue.I guess because they weren't very busy, they were handling some of the end of the night tasks. Filling up the salt shakers... Well.... One of the shakers they didn't quite screw it on. So when my daughter went to use it, it just poured all over her food.After all this, I wasn't mad at all, and I didn't blame the server at all. But.. when the manager came by reaming me out because her server was upset? Yelling at us at the table. Not OK to do on front of my 3 kids. This was definitely Not OK. She wouldn't even allow me to talk at all. My 11 year old questioned the women's attitude and stated that no one was rude to the server at all.Also, I looked up that beer they served me. For a 4pack it's $9 at a regular store. They charged me $6, for just 1 can. Wow their prices are ridiculous. I would say this place is worth siting down and having a couple of beers with your bros, but NOT at those prices.

We ate inside and had an excellent meal and drinks! Very comfortable seating with quiet, nice atmosphere and attentive waitress/staff. The meal sizes were ample, the burger was delicious, the fries were among the best we've had anywhere, and the onion strings appetizer was absolutely perfect! The steak tacos with a side caesar salad was marvelous and the drinks were good. Looking forward to going back in the future!

Would not recommend this place to no one. I worked there and they dont care about employees and if you speak up to the bitchy white owner she doest now how to talk to.people. how she ended up part owner dont make sense. Place wont last much longer they cant keep staff then the owners think they are chefs which not one is.

Poor and overpriced wine selection. You guys are charging 30 dollars a bottle for wine that costs 6.33 (New York City Markup). Here is a hint; maybe you do not think you have a call for wine when in reality your wine list is filled with tripe.

The food is always amazing and the variety of different dishes and meals are always great. However they aren't the best in terms of takeout. I usually order the bacon mac and cheese which is outstanding. However for takeout they gave at best, half the amount of the usual mac and cheese at full price. Also for a twenty piece wings set that my friend had, they only gave one dipping sauce of blue cheese and wanted to charge an extra 75 cents per cup. They also wouldn't allow the wings to be two different sauces which I would understand for small orders, but you can literally order a 10 piece wing set for 50 cents more at one flavor and doing another sauce and get the same result. But for another dollar. Definitely a great place to dine in at, just be weary of take out orders.

I have been there many many times. Went out with a party of 4. Ordered the ribeye steak. Very disappointed as it came out cold. Had to return it and by the time they came back to me to ask if I wanted another.....everyone else had finished their meal... So I said no thank you.
