Vivaldi's has many different locations and the quality at each is very different. Their Terryville ave. location in Bristol location (their flagship I think?) gave me some of the best garlic knots I have ever had the pleasure of having. I was a regular at one point at their other location in Bristol in Mafales Center - fantastic NY style pizza.Sadly the Southington location never seems to hold up to the promise. In my most recent visit I ordered a small pizza with mushrooms and an order of garlic knots. The mushrooms were fresh which is the only positive thing I could say. The pizza crust was bready and a bit bland. It sat in my stomach. The garlic knots also were bland although the marinara sauce was ok .... but not OK enough to rescue the knots.I want to emphasize that the food was not bad. But was .... lacking in taste and was unremarkable. It was not something I would want to return to. It should be mentioned the young woman behind the counter was super nice and helpful.It will be a long time until I go back if I return here at all.

So delicious! Pizza is awesome, gyros are huge, wings are perfectly cooked, and the garlic knots are bomb. They are always friendly and the food is fresh and tasty!

I come here frequently for lunch special: 2 slices and can of soda. Slices are large with quite a lot of cheese.Could stand a bit more tomato sauce.With tax for plain cheese:$6.44 not too bad.Slices are Re-heated in new imported rotary pizza oven. (No real difference from old standard pizza oven.)
