The sushi is average but it takes very long for the order to be made, and once it does come out it's not what you ordered. Worst of all the waitress is rude and still expects you to give a tip. If you don't give a tip she will chase you to your car like a crazy person and you won't be able to leave until the police come to help you.

Hey everyone, if I can rate this place 0.5/5 I would! However, the customer service my family and I received was awful. I am a foodie and loves GOOD food. Unfortunately this place does not identify as a place of comfort and respect. Staff is disrespectful when placing a order basically trying to choose my meal for me. I don’t like how we were treated as I’m very outgoing when it comes to restaurants and their service. On top of it, a poor doordash worker was waiting about 15 minutes for their order after saying it was ready. So we were not the only unhappy ones.IF YOU NEED ANY TIPS ON MANAGEMENT, PLEASE REACH OUT!PLEASE REINFORCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO YOU DON’T LOSE MORE BUSINESS!

They charged $4 on water and didn't mention when they brought it. I assumed it should be free. Food itself was so so. Rice on the roll was too moist. Last time when I was there, i waited more than half an hour to get partial foods that I ordered.
Wild Orchid is a phenomenal asian fusion inspired restaurant right in the heart of downtown. The interior is a gorgeous rustic meets industrial decor. The prices are great, the food is always amazing and filling and I will be coming back again and again

I'm surprised that this restaurant has so many four/five star reviews. My husband and I were in and were the only ones there, and our food took over 30 minutes to come out. We watched several people come in for take out orders who were told to wait. Food was fine, mediocre. Not a lot of flavor. My husband asked for spicy and it was not spicy at all. I wouldn't return.

Food was good all around. Best things were the Pork Gyoza and Kani Salad for sure, and all the apps we had where tasty. Sushi was fresh and tasty. To be honest though, Sushi House in Rocky Hill is cheaper, better quality service and way better food.
