It took forever just to get our drinks. Forgot two. Ordered apps and they came out with the entrees. The entrees were not correct and one of our party didn't get their food until everyone else was finished. The food wasn't very good. Would not recommend this place!

The food service was extremely slow, even though the place wasn't packed. The customer service was terrible; we had to ask for utensils to be brought to the table. The cocktails were watered down. After two hours, the waiter told us that the cook had left the wagyu burger, sliders, and elk burger on the cold counter and hadn't even bothered to make the other order. Trying to serve us cold burgers, who does that? Meanwhile, they seated two couples and two guys at the bar, took their orders, and served them their food. It was so bad that we had to get up and leave; we hadn't even taken a bite of our burgers at that point. Clearly, it's not a multicultural-friendly atmosphere. It's so unprofessional for a business in 2024.

Been here multiple times and I can say the burgers are great. Unfortunately service is extremely slow all the times I’ve been there. We were the ONLY table in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes just for the server to bring water and another 10 for the server to greet us. We ended up walking out due to how long everything was taking.At least the water was great.

Enjoyable weekend lunch spot. Tasty burgers and fries. Lots of allergy options (my dairy-free guest enjoyed her shake for dessert). Friendly service. Was a little cold in booth by the door (was a very cold day out, but it was the only available booth?)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free preparation possible. Seems very allergy-aware and trained. Said French fry fryers are GF-safe.
We arrived in time for our 9.15 booking to be told they done accept bookings after 9pm. However the kitchen is closed at 9.30. They refused to seat us. Other customers walked in before us and also weren't able to book. Not good !!

Burger is above average in quality but expected a lot better for the price. Not worth the price at all. Burger came well done instead of medium. Just overall disappointing. Service was extremely slow which brought down the whole experience of a meal for two for 60 dollars with only water for drinks.
