Buffalo Wild Wings was great and the server was amazing considering it was Super Bowl Sunday but they claim don't they take reservations for a table and don't understand why it's an option on open table.

Don’t order for delivery, took over an hour and everything was cold and stale. Delivery and service fees were pretty steep as well.Sometimes their 10pc wings only come with 9, hopefully it was at least warm when the driver snagged one.

If you know what to expect, and you've been here on more than one occasion already, your expectations should be set ...then you should be right there....this place is fantastic! I honestly love the mango habanero wings as they are the perfect amount of spice and flavor that I only find better sauces, available at blind rhino in Norwalk. MAKE SURE To BE SPECIFIC WITH THE WAGE STAFF THAT YOU WANT THE WINGS MARKED APPROPRIATELY AS THEY COME OUT! THE ONLY DOWNFALL I REALLY FIND HERE IS THAT THEY DON'T DO A GOOD JOB OF THIS WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR WHEN EATING WITH A GROUP AND ORDERING MULTIPLE SAUCES

Wow, they've gone downhill since last time I was there a couple months ago. Now they charge for blue cheese and a couple of celery sticks/carrots!!!! Come on, man...blue cheese and a couple of veggies is part of the meal!!! It's like when you go to McDonalds and they charge you for a bbq sauce when you ordered nuggets. You just don't do that BWW!!!Whatever, at least we ordered a large side of fries...which were hard and had that texture as if they were reheated from the day before. You know, like when you try to reheat those skinny fries at home and they always taste kinda gross? Well that's what they served us.Even the wings weren't as good, according to my kids. Mine were masked by mango habanero sauce so they were fine to me.I don't think this location will last much longer. Customers know when they're getting nickel and dimed...which probably explains why NOBODY was there besides me at primetime lunchtime (and only two pick-up orders during the whole time we sat there).Time to find a new wing place!

what happened to service here? let me start off, the guy who seated us i believe his name was bryan, didn’t even greet us. just threw the menus on the table. second, it took FOREVER for someone to even take orders for drinks despite there not being many people. finally when we ordered, waitress had a weird attitude with us. only one guy provided great customer service sadly i didn’t know his name. do yall not teach your staff about the importance of providing great customer service ? judging off the rest of the reviews seems like there isn’t much training. please do better

Never will return to this location again we sat down waited 20 minutes for a server while they were in a circle talking we got our appetizer with no drinks still no utensil’s napkins etc … then we ended up having to ask someone else to bring us a drink that our server forgot didn’t check up on us , it was just a mess I lost my whole appetite with the experience we got it was unbelievable.

Never go to this place . I went on Wednesday at 8pm and the guy named Chris did not allow us to sit even. He was very strict and was insisting to go out and not willing to take orders . He was only person taking orders there and said it was busy for one hour. We requested him to give a seat and we were ready wait for an hour , but he was not ready to offer an seat for us. The restaurant was not even 20% occupied. Highly not recommended

Thought of having friends send off party at BWW's stamford... There was a poor response from the waiter "Chris".... Literally he was pushing us outside, as he is already busy with some party orders itseems. Actually there was no much crowd at all - it's a midweek. He didn't even listen to us... Worst experience we ever had with BWW's..... Really disappointed??

FIRST OF ALL BUFFALO WILD MF WINGSi have a lot of issues with the service & food i received october 23 2023 at approximately 8:40pm. we came for the 50¢ special & had many questions about the deal in which every single question we asked our waiter, she did not know the answer to and had to leave for 5 minutes to go ask somebody. every. single. time. which was fine for the first two times because she could have been new, but the repetitive behavior of not knowing was extremely unprofessional. she did not properly explain to us the deal & at the end of the night when we asked for take out boxes (upon leaving for the 100th time to ask), she said we could not bring our food home ... absolutely outrageous to not be told this information beforehand, but best believe i took home what i paid for. this is the kind of thing you tell your customer before allowing them all to order up to 12-18 wings each. if you knew that was a part of the deal, explain that to your customer before they order from that deal. when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager did not hear us out & said there was nothing she could do and they all gave very irritating and just not knowing. on top of that, she gave every single person ranch even tho we asked for blue cheese ... ON TOP of that, when we were given our loaded fries, they were incredibly stale & appeared as if it were siting out for a long time. the cheese had dried & the fries were all stuck together. the bacon tasted old and actually reminded me of the taste of blood. she also gave us a random loaded fry saying they made this but it isn't on our bill while proceeding to forgot about a normal fry we actually asked for. when i ordered takeout for my friends using the same deal she had no issues with ordering it & sending the order back to be made for me. maybe ten minutes go by & she comes back to tell me that you can not do the deal with take out. what blows me is she didn't think to tell us about anything regarding the deal. as a customer, being informed about things that deal with MY money is extremely important. she also took all of our uconn ID cards to put in our discount code just for us to wait 10 minutes for her to come back & say we can't. so much time was wasted waiting on our waitress rather than actually enjoying our meal & experience there. it seemed like no one knew what they were doing & in reality i was so irritated i didn't even want to pay. the music was also mad sad for absolutely no reason. the vibe was not there bc why am i trying to eat my food and somebody is crying on the speaker. my groups last experience with our waitress was amazing. she brought great energy, was well informed, interacted with us and brought in her own opinions when we had questions, and was overall a great waitress. we are very upset at how disappointing this one was. one thing buffalo wild wings will never see again is me !

I did delivery from the 208 Summer Street location in Stamford and they forgot three drinks. When I called I had to wait on hold for 10 mins just for the manager called Peter that the best he can do is give me the drinks if I go to the location despite I paid for delivery. In what world is telling a customer that paid for delivery to just go to the Restaurant and pick up their drinks a valid response? If you're planning on ordering delivery from this place expect to have some missing items and for the manager to basically say "better luck next time"!
