today i was given the wrong donut i noticed after i walked away.. i left my track and went back upstairs to the dunkin donuts .. the employee took the donut out my bag and put it back on display! yuck

The worst Dunkin, I have ever been too. I ordered the same thing for 2 weeks trying to give them a chance. Today is it. The gentlemen interperted a Medium Unsweet Iced Tea as a Unsweet Iced Latte. I am not sure where the confusion was but the difference in money is like $2. Who cares about $2 but his attitude did it for me. I asked for a refund and he said NO. I said excuse me, this went on for a solid 8 minutes. Then finally his coworker took money out the tip jar and gave it to me. Again $2 but the attitude is the worst. If you don't want to work in a hot day call out.

This Dunkin location provides average donuts & beverages within Stamford's train station. Most of the other MetroNorth train stations no longer have open coffee shops, so this one deserves some credit for remaining open for busy travelers. Relatively easy to get a bite between trains.

This review is in regards to the new Corporate “Chef” Vinny Marrone at CI Dining. In my opinion Vinny is an unqualified, uneducated, insecure, no talent line cook, “Chef “Marrone does not even have a High School Diploma. I have a hard time taking direction from this high strung high school dropout. The former Corporate Chef (A REAL CHEF) was firm but fare and was encouraging unlike the high school dropout “looser” we have now. Vinny Marrone has a tattoo on his arm that says something to the effect “You’re only as good as your last dish” This means in my opinion the insecure corporate “chef” will always suck. Line cook Marrone is the bald white guy with crooked teeth....

Servicd is slow, workers are incompetent. I ordered a large latte and instead got a cup full of milk and no coffee. There was a single person in-front of me and wait time from getting in line to getting my (wrong) order was 15 minutes, a disappointment for a store in a train station where speed is a necessity.

Extremely rude and unprofessional cashier. She was cussing at a coworker who was in the office area. As shes still cussing him out she. While yawning and scratching herself she mumbles "Yeah what?" I guess that's how you ask people what their order is at this place. I ask for a donut and coffee, she steps to the case slides the glass open and coughs without even attempting to cover her mouth right onto the donuts. Needless to say I threw that donut in the garbage. She then asks me what else I wanted cuz she forgot already, I ask for a coffee and she mumbles to a new employee the order. The girl couldn't understand her, neither could I for that fact. She tells the new girl she's F'ing idiot and continues to insult her as she prepares my drink. This girl needs to go!!!

Horrible costumer service! There is this one female staff member that is truly horrible. She glares at customers, slams food down and gets orders wrong all the time. She is extremely unprofessional. Don't buy from this location!

Went there on AUGUST 24, 2019. Ordered a LG vanilla chai and a donut. On my way to my Uber I decided to have a sip. I took a sip and all I tasted was skim milk I was like wtf I paid for vanilla chai not milk.. I told the Uber to wait I went back in there told them to fix it cause all I taste is milk. The girl gonna tell me oh it's just two of us working! Like what does that have to do with me? hunny you should understand that if u made it right I wouldn't have to come back. She just took it add vanilla powder and hand it back to me..still tasted like skim milk, not a taste of vanilla ... waste of time, made sense I just trashed it. I just turned back for no reason...worst service ever. Not buying here again.. if they don't know how to make the items they selling they shouldn't be working there. Rude workers

Service was chaotic, asked for ice and was told they out of ice with an iced coffee waiting for pick up, was almost billed twice. This DD is a necessary evil given it's location unfortunately.

Im a dunkin fan but this place has the worst customer service ever because of the rude and naive employees. They make the worst coffee ever please double check when u get something here. You might as well take your money and throw it in a trash can than buying coffee from here. I'm never buying coffee here again there is another coffee shop in the train station in the same floor I rather go there.

I just watched this cashier (Tonya D.) forget someone's order for a hot chocolate, then accuse the customer! That's ridiculous. She had the audacity to ask the customer if she had even ordered, which was surprising since the station was pretty empty and they were really slow. I was so turned away by how sh*tty her service was that I decided not to order. I think she'd be a better fit at the local DMV.
