Strange tasting maybe raw pink, rubbery chicken. Also, if it had been edible, the “crispy” (flacid and soggy) chicken was less than half a breast’s worth like a few ounces. Cold rice and cold Mac and cheese. We live within 5 minutes, and it was delivered quickly yet lukewarm. Wouldn’t eat again. Will tell others. Will report for food safety.

Ordered take out. The Mac and cheese was the most overly soft noodles I have ever had, it was mush. The rest of the food was okay.

We love the food. Had it two times in one week. The the last two nights we wanted to order it again, but they never answer the phone for orders. Called 10 times one night, finally someone answered. Frustrating. Called another night, 10 times again, rang 20 times. No answer. Very frustrating. Ended up calling another restaurant for dinner. They obviously need more staff to help with answering phone for orders...ugh. (Also, found out there is a DIG in Rye Brook. They answer the phone there! Apparently, these are franchises. I work in Westechester and will get the food there to bring home.)

Just ordered a take–out. I ordered Crispy Baked Chicken Paillard, but there was one problem. I DIDN‘T GET ANY CRISPY CHICKEN.! Just a pile of dry arugula. This franchise has lousy management. No quality control. There is a difference between undercooked veggies and raw. No way to contact restaurant to air my complaint so I am doing it here. Never ordering from these guys again.

Highly recommend! Food is fresh and delicious. They are very transparent about food allergies and the staff including Mike the manager are very friendly. Kids love it here too!

Food was good! Workers are nice but seemed overwhelmed with the amount of take out orders which slowed down service for people dining in.

I get takeout from here at least once a week. The food is absolutely delicious and I never have any issues with ordering or pickup. I always get a build your own veggie bowl and love customizing it with different healthy options every time I go back. Highly recommend if you're looking for something quick and healthy!

We had not been here for a while because the food was a bit salty when they first opened. We decided to revisit and the food was delicious! Kids loved the grilled cheese, Mac n cheese and steak sandwich. Grilled cheese is definitely big enough to share between two little kids. We’ll be back soon.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the games and toys. Kids menu is very accommodating

Update: After I reported the issue on Dig App. Their customer service took care of it. Thank you.Food is always good but you order something on the app for pick up and get home to find out half the items are missing in your bag. Thats not good. Make sure to check items before you leave the restaurant.

Amazing dig location. Very impressed with food and service. So healthy! A little slow to get served, so if maybe not the best option if you’re in a rush.

What in gods name is going on at this location? The food is supposed to be put into a bowl as you order it. For some reason this location is trying to change what isn’t broken and making you wait until they make your meal? NO. Will not be back to this location. Fix this nightmare please, Dig.

I like the convenience of Dig and the casual dining. At this location the chairs are not very comfortable. The self serve water and coffee area should be separate from the landfill/recycling and dish return area.

Food relatively good but too salty.Service was pretty good but food took too long to come out (10 minutes).Dig is a good alternative to fast food but probably not that much healthier depending on what you order.

Really wanted to like this place. I do appreciate the “healthy” options, for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I did a create-your-own veggie bowl with the vegan kale salad as a base. Im thinking the fake cheese is made with a bunch of seed oils, which i never eat, so I instantly felt sick. It felt like my stomach blew up like a balloon… from one bite of a salad. Same with the cannellini bean salad. I’m not typically a fan of fake cheese and meat substitutes, I follow a whole food diet for the most part. Everything was really over seasoned which kind of defeats the purpose of it being “healthy”. I actually like the taste and texture of vegetables so it wasn’t very enjoyable to me. The fried egg I got tasted fishy, as it was cooked on the same grill as the meats, which i don’t really care. but if you’re veg and more picky about your meats “touching” its worth noting. The brussel sprouts were decent, but cold of course, because although I ordered my bowl an hour ahead of time, I waited 45 minutes once I got to the restaurant. So it took them almost 2 hours to put together a single bowl. They were busy but still ridiculous.
