I have ordered very simple items and for two days straight it has been wrong. I know that mistakes happen but it's been bad lately. We pay for these items and expect that they would be double checked before giving it to the customer. I will not be back for a while hopefully you will start to double check, it might take a little longer but customers will be happy getting the items they asked for the right way. This is the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had!!! Ham was paper thin, gave me the runs soon after. This place used to be good but now it's going downhill. The coffee tastes like battery acid, cannot drink it black, without a creamer you will end up having heartburn.

The bagels be bussin ( so delicious) they are fluffy and fresh. I love the muffins as well, especially the Cranberry Walnut Muffin.

Parking was kinda an issue, but you could always just do drive-thru. Lady at the counter called me handsome and the amount of donuts they had made me question my new year diet! Very clean and welcoming, quick service, and good prices.

Didn't know what to try so I got the donut holes so I could try a variety of flavors. They were all good to me. I had my eye on the jumbo coffee roll so I think that'll be my next victim, lol.

Rudeness and incompetence; a match made in heaven. Not only did I have to ask the staff multiple times about the status of my 2 sandwiches after I realized 4-5 people after me already received their sandwiches and left, the Karen behind the counter had the audacity to bark at me for not hearing her call the order. She literally yelled at me across the store that I was the one that needed to pay attention. Lady, you're the one making the damn food. If you were paying attention in the first place, you wouldn't have to be nasty to me for not keeping my undivided attention to your counter for 15 minutes straight. Lotta pride for sandwiches worse than Dunkins. I also received a cold brew that was equivalent to Dunkins. The donuts were better than Dunkins, but not enough to deal with staff like this. My first and last time here. Happened the morning of the 28th.

The staff here is very receptive and the service is outstanding. I go to this location often with my family and the staff always treats us very well. I look forward to getting my cup coffee and maybe a treat for the kids because I know how well I will be treated whenever we go.

For the most part, this location is pretty good in service and selections. However, there have been a few times, including today in which the service came with some attitude and annoyance. Each time there was a language barrier and I totally understand this happens given the beautiful variety of culture Stamford has. The part that is poor customer service is when the employee gives me attitude because they didn't understand me and I had to repeat myself multiple times.
