The honey dipped donuts/donut holes are my favorite since they're light and sweet; we use the terms glazed for denser ones and honey dipped, but if you're from an area that calls the two types cake and yeast, glazed=cake and honey dipped=yeast.I also recommend going a bit spicy on sandwiches by going with chorizo rather than sausage.Service is fast and friendly, although you should try to grab a parking space and go in if the line is backed up onto the street.Nothing stays out of stock long, and I asked if they would bake enough donut holes to fill a 55 gallon drum if I asked (for catering an event); they said they would if I gave the manager a data sheet showing the drum was food safe.Photos and menu prices attached are as of January 29, 2024.
Donut Delight is the BEST place to go for breakfast. Their egg sandwiches actually have real eggs in them! I always have a pleasant experience when I go there. I love their food, and I love their service and staff, especially the manager, Cesear.

Well the donut delight in shippan was an horrific experience today, I ordered a buttered toasted bagel with butter specified no cream cheese bc I am allergic ,and to my surprise they gave me a sesame toasted bagel w/cream cheese and no bacon .. had to return it only for them to do the same thing w/the bacon this time but no butter !! Guess what they put CREAM CHEESE!! I will never go to Shippans donut delight again. I love the establishment but this location seems to ALWAYS BE PROBLEMATIC and the service isn't pleasant. I had to trash it, which isn't fair bc I paid $$ to get poor service. Disappointed

Customer service is good. Except no matter how many times you go,repeat, or explain your order, they ALWAYS manage to mess it up. I always get a buttered roll, NOT TOASTED. And I end up with it TOASTED after repeating 3xs n having it read back to me correctly. And the ONLY place that have an issue with my bank card ALL THE TIME. You must have tons of patience coming here. I live next door and go all the way to West Main.

Literally would not eat at this store they had cockroaches on the donuts there was 5 cockroaches in total, but I was only able to get a photo of one would not be eating here

Great coffee and love their angry tuna sandwich in croissant with everything on it!
An excellent alternative to that big ol national chain. Very good donuts, and open 24 hrs, which is good for those working overnight. Just be sure to confirm you got the ones you asked for. Now and then I think they mishear you, which is why i gave inly 3 stars for service.
