Their coffee sucks..it’s awful watered down and grainy literally tastes like bitter water at every location too the only justice is the sandwiches but it’s called doughnut delight and they can’t get that

I wish that when you renovated glenbrook donut store that you would put a canvas over when you are ordering so you do not get soaking wet you redid your store but you forgot about the people driving up to order and get wet and also it seems like your afternoon or weekend people do not make a better sandwich than the daytime ones I think at your prices it should be done the same all the time for the prices you charge I expect to have a full sandwichVegetarian options: I have been coming there for years mostly with a very good experience but as I said your weekend people do not seem to make sandwiches the way daytime staff does and at your prices I expect to have a full sandwich not a half a full sandwich

AWFUL! I am so tired of them getting everything wrong. I have wasted so much money at Donut Delight. I say extra ice in my coffee and they put three cubes. I’ve said ice all the way to the top and they put three cubes. I’ve said more ice than coffee and they put three cubes. I used to toss my coffees after the ice melted which didn’t take long because I like them cold. I started getting upset because I asked for extra ice over and over and they don’t listen. Then, I started ordering a cup of ice on the side which they charge $1.00 for so I can get enough ice. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do this. PUT MORE ICE IN MY COFFEE THEN COFFEE! THAT IS HOW I WANT IT. I’ve even asked the cashier nicely what is the proper way to ask for extra ice so there is no confusion and she laughed at me. I HAVE HAD IT. I ask for extra cheese on my sandwich and they charge me 0.75 cents and as you can see in the picture there is no extra cheese. YOU OWE ME SO MUCH MONEY THAT I HAVE WASTED! I JUST WANT MY ORDER CORRECT! I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE PRICES. I JUST WANT MY ORDER TO COME OUT RIGHT. This has been going on for MONTHS. I AM SO UPSET! IT IS RIDICULOUS! GET THE ORDER RIGHT … AT LEAST 50% percent of the time PLEASE. Right now you are at 10% and I CAN NOT STAND IT!

The donut was good, but they don’t listen good. I ask can I get 1dz and put in two box, he said yea, but charge me 2x1/2 dz which cost 3 bucks more. And I ask for ice coffee with mocha, and when I get the drink I double check does it have mocha he told me yes, but it didn’t have a drop of mocha.
The woman working the register on July fourth at 10pm was so patient and thoughtful. Just want to make sure her great attitude doesn’t go unnoticed.

The absolute best variety of freshly baked treats (I just love their jelly donuts!). I feel so fortunate that this donut shop is within walking distance to my house. To be honest, their donuts put Dunkin Donuts to shame. Check them out!

The line for the driveup pretty much causes major traffic snafus on Hope street. Even if folks want to park and go inside it's nearly impossible to get around the cars and trucks blocking the hope st entrance. Sad but people have a little common sense and make it better for all of us?
