It's uncanny how many times my SIMPLE order is WRONG. Just got home from ordering. Large coffee and a bagel with CC. What do I get? A medium coffee and a toasted bagel, NO CC. HOW HARD IS THIS YOU GUYS!????? I don't think I'll be back. I've had enough. Run my info and see how much I USED to spend here.

Cashier messed up order before me. Took my order. Went back n fourth with customer before me about a frozen coffee. Took two more customers THEN corrected first order, than another customer and THEN my drink gets made. Only cus I had to lie and say my Uber was outside for her to start my drink and not another customers. I waited 15m with only one person I. Front of me. Who was walking out as I put in my order. A man comes out the back and stands there and DOES NOT OFFER HER HELP to now which is like 6ppl waiting. Never going to this location again.

This is my go to donut shop whenever I want a good bow tie or honey dipped donuts. The chicken salad is one my favorites especially when made on a lightly toasted croissant. Friendly and attentive staff. Various locations with same quality of food and service.

Spilled a full double espresso onto my dress pants, through no one’s fault but my own, in full view of the staff, and not only did they NOT laugh at my d****** but they made me a new one for free. Boston crème doughnut was great, didn’t spill any of that on my pants.

Walked in here to grab a coffee. Had my service dog with me. Was immediately and rudely asked to leave. I was the only person in here. I'm not usually one to bring animals into restaurants, but I thought I could grab a coffee quickly and not leave my service animal outside. Guess not. These people gotta calm down.
