I have a love hate relationship with this location. Everytime I come my order is wrong or something is missing or there’s some sort of issue. The staff is always extremely apologetic and I keep coming back but it’s always the most mediocre Dunkin experience of my life.The only constant in my life (and at this Dunkin) are the stuffed bagel bites.

Dunkin’ Donuts is of course my top donut place across the entire globe. Their munchkins (small donut holes) are bursting with cream, frosting, glaze and other forms of deliciousness, their donuts are chewy and fluffy, their coffee is…well, decent, and their whipped cream is pretty nice, too.The service is okay - I wouldn’t say it’s the best. One of my servers couldn’t even speak English, and it was clear that they were not properly trained at all.The atmosphere is quite bright and cheery, however, in small spaces that they think are hidden from view are very dirty and grimy.Kid-friendliness: It’s basically paradise for kids - make sure to take kids of all ages to enjoy a divine donut or a magnificent munchkin.Parking: If you park nearby (a few minutes away), then it’s easy to bring your car over.

Cashier was very disrespectful over a question I had on prices. She shouted saying “you can’t read?” The donut I got was stale, overall waste of money.
Young lady with the braids around 3:30-4 On the 23rd of June 2023 was very rude and unwelcoming. She gave snarky sarcastic, responses when approached with a simple question. Her body language and rude gazing eyes said it all. That she didn't respect any of the customers. I don't know, if she was having a terrible day but it's no excuse to take it out on customer's who meant no harm. It effect the whole environment of the business and makes people not want to come in. Especially in a food business where you're obviously going to be approached by customers, and working the register as it always an encounter with customer. It's like she took a simple question personal as someone was insulting her. When they were obviously asking for assistant to the bathroom or even asking about what's in a particular drink or food.

On 3 separate occasions I ordered an everything bagel and hash browns. Each time cream cheese was put on my bagel. I don't eat cream cheese so I didn't ask for it

There was a bug in my drink which was already made wrong I might add, and when I went to tell the barista about it she called the manager over and all he told me was that I put it there then threatened to throw call 911 on me if I did not leave the store.The entire experience was one of the most traumatizing things I'd ever have happened to me. I am disappointed in the staff for not following obvious sanitary protocols, and also angry with management for dismissing my problem and then threatening law enforcement on me for something they messed up on their end. Disgusted and I am never going back there.
