The lady is super rude to the other employees and makes the atmosphere really tense. It was a really unpleasant experience. The two guys were really nice, especially Wood, I think that's his name. But the lady treated him really badly

One of the worst Dunkins in the area. The bearded guy who seems to be running the place is the rudest, not only to the customers but to his own staff as well. The place has traffic just because of its location.

Had the most wonderful hot coco in this spot cuz baby it’s cold outside! Alaina was my service woman and she was amazing at first you think who is this lady with the sad eyes but when you get to know her you can see she takes pride in her job and does anything to please me . As a client I hope this woman keeps on brewing and making hot coco like it’s fresh from the cow. Dunkin owner please consider giving this woman a raise and don’t let the sad eyes fool you she is full of life and learning to do what it takes in this country to get a head in life and will always help me as a customer. Its hard for her to go home after making us happy and she has a kid and a husband who may not be the best so please appreciate her with more money and a better position when the time comes

Placed mobile order, it took 15 minutes to arrive, NOTHING was ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes and ask for my iced coffee when my food was ready. Even ordering at the counter is time consuming as they appear to be grossly understaffed. One of the worst locations.

The manager of this place is quite possibly the rudest, inadequately suites person in a customer facing position in Stamford.There are constantly mistakes with orders, and don’t expect a mobile order pickup to be ready in anything less than 10-15 minutes. That wools be forgivable we’re it not for the short-tempered manager who refuses to smile, say sorry and who throws a bag of munchkins at his customer (me) when pointing out that the coupon I just presented had not been applied to my order.

Quick in and out - probably the most convenient without having to drive through. Entrance as well as parking right on High Ridge Road and if needed plenty of parking out back

Thank you to the lovely ladies that helped me today! Having placed my order through the wrong DD, I came to the right place way later than expected. These ladies must have been able to tell I was having a rough day and remade my order and gave me the sandwiches that were previously made. They did not have to do that since it was my error but I appreciate the steps they took to ensure that I got what I needed to turn my day around. Thank you for the great customer service!

Part of being in the northeast is having Dunkin’ Donuts so I want to enjoy the brand. However, every single time I have come to this location, they are always nearly completely empty, machines are ‘not working’, or some other problem. I’m not sure if it’s the owner or the workers but it is obvious that the problems are due to negligence or laziness.
